I always do the drive through so I can't speak on the atmosphere. It's just a fast food joint though so what can you really expect... This location though, service is always fast courteous and the food, again is fast food so what can you really expect but! The food too is also good so this is a good stop for something fast! Keep up the good work!
The food is amazing, but this location focuses on the drive thru, nobody hardly ever eats in there, and after doing so I see why. The place is boring and old. But if you wanna sit somewhere and see everything happening on Sheldon rd, no better place, you're more than likely by yourself, and thenfood is AMAZING....
The food is ok. Service needs some help I have went threw the drive threw the last few times and keep getting sent to the front to park. I watched people getting there food that ordered a few cars behind me. It takes them a little to long to get your stuff to you. Definitely needs some work.
Not sure if the cashier was shy or rude. There was no greetings or enthusiasm, no smile. He did not even make sure that he had my order correct. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo with 2 tacos. I was wondering why it came out to be over $14. When I got my receipt, I saw that instead of the tacos, he had charged me for a sourdough Jack lol. The manager came to fix it and refund me the difference in the price though.
6/11/23 11:30am Really bad service at this location, I went through the drive-through made my order, and when I go to the window, one of the drinks was wrong, so yeah, I asked the lady to just change it please. I can pay the difference! she really upset said all loud “oh my god” roll her eyes and close the window in my face… she had the other lady finish the service. By the way I hear she blame the nice one that she put the order wrong… not fair….I won’t be coming to this location anymore. If you don’t wanna work there, don’t be there. Update 8/7/23… 1035am So decided to give the these Jack another chance…. And guess what…. Whit my luck I got the same manager… a month later…. My order was the same…. Tell me why she did the same thing… this time I decided not to say anything but her actitud is the worse… I’m definitely going to the website for investigation… really bad actitud.
The grilled chicken sub salad must be one of the best salads available anywhere. My only negative point was that I requested the vinegrett dressing and confirmed that with the employee who took my order. I double checked before leaving and discovered that the wrong dressing was supplied. It was corrected before I left but the employee should have been more attentive to my order.
Y’all need to turn this place into something else. It’s so bad. Make you wait when there’s no line and the service is horrible.
Taco so hard you can’t eat them they think it’s funny horrible I will be going to the top and handle business they suck
