While visiting the area we stopped in for breakfast and lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the warm greeting from the staff. As this was our first visit to Jack in the Box they were very patience as we ordered. Our family enjoyed the food. Our party had several breakfast items as well as burgers and fries, chicken sandwiches and a shake. All of our food was hot and cooked to perfection.

It was my first time here. I wish we had one of these back home. Any place you can get a taco and a milkshake for breakfast sign me up! It was absolutely delicious.

I am a regular customer which is not good I know but I come here for lunch. I usually get grat service here but not today. I ordered chicken strips and I was given little nuggets which was about 9 dollars. I went back in the car lane to let them know they gave me ridiculous small pieces. I was hoping that they would fix it. I was given attitude when and told I was yelling. I only spoke louder because the woman who was taking the order could not here me. I drove up explained to the lady and showed how small they were. She took my nuggets. I had asked if there was manager and she said she was the manager. I said may I get my money back and she told me she could not do that. She then closed the widow and robbed me of my money and my strips. I knocked on the window to get her attention but was ignored . I literally had to hold some tears back.I don't know what type of customer service is this. This woman needs to be retrained on etiquette.

Ran in for some munchies before heading to the beach. Food was good... place was empty... and yet the weird sign on the wall. Interesting... I guess they don’t care about irritating the customers.

Manager very attentive to a minor complaint. He went way beyond what requested to fix my order. So appreciate him. Definitely will be back

Food was cooked. Sitting on the counter the staff was more worried about taking to go orders through the drive-through. I stood there 9 minutes waiting after my food was already sitting on the back counter asking if they could please give it to me 3 different times. Told me we are very busy. We will get it in a minute. It took them less 8 seconds to walk over grab the bags of food. And hand it to me over the counter not very good experience from this location. The person that actually gave it to was the cook looking at the rest of staff like wth.....

Stale, moldy buns and warmed food on a 2x Breakfast Jack order this morning. Called 10 mins later to complain and Berta claimed she did not know and was unwilling to provide a complaint number/line. When I mentioned IT IS ALWAYS printed on the WINDOW of every JITB location, she refused to even acknowledge my remarks. Cash paid, no receipt! Will seek ... figure that one out if I don't get a printed copy. Fifteen calls later to a hispanic person who clearly struggles with English and hung-up on every time. FIFTEEN TIMES! Update, now over 25! Another Update! Just got off the phone with 'Juan', a nice enough guy (and the only one to answer the phone and engage in a reasonable conversation) who spoke clear and coherent English. When I asked who his manager was, his reply ... twice, was that he did not know the name of his superior on duty. Clearly not true. Later on in the conversation when I asked again, he offered to have me speak with his manager only if I spoke Spanish. Probably hiding cash sales and employing un-doc'd humans. A State Health Department complaint was filed today and another with Jack in the Box Corp this morning. I will seek to investigate this location for months, fiercely. Also, better provide a printed copy of my cash receipt peeps! The City of Calabasas should know better. This business is a sham. Worst JB in 40 years of visits nationally. I will pursue a follow-up with The City of Calabasas at City Hall on Monday morning. Viral is the least of their worries. The planet will know what a sham this location is by Monday.

Being inexperienced journeying this far into the hills before woodland hills, I, and my mighty steed approached this quaint tavern. Being nestled in the hills of what I was told to be Chatsworth was this rickety building. The entrance was somewhat welcoming as few of the locals discussed the treasure they had found. The weather was fair, yet had a chill. I sat down ordering some bread and ale and enjoyed what I could before I had to journey onwards to whence I came. Perhaps it was not too memorable, I did enjoy the food they offered. It was plenty for my steed and I, and after it all, I bid them farewell and went forth out to my own destiny.
