I went and purchased some Tiny tacos. Got to Azusa train station three tacos were Hot and a bottom ones were cold stuck together it was so cold it was white. I will never go there again.😡

Take over 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru to pick up an order I placed in advance within the app. Finally received the order and it's missing a burger and the chicken sandwiches made wrong. Inside is closed for the evening so had to spend another ten minutes in the Drive-Thru to get my remaining order and what was wrong fixed. Only to be met with a bunch of attitude like I did something wrong. Both female employees were horrible and left me with a feeling I couldn't trust the food they gave me.

My family and I just passed by to get some food on our way to visit some other family. And to my surprise we got perfect orders. Even tho everyone got special orders everything was perfectly correct!

3rd time with a bad experience . I just ordered my son 10 peice nuggets came all the way home didn't look in the bag till I was giving it to my son. When I opened it , it was jalapeño poppers. I had to go all back because he is a little boy and was crying.. when I told the girl to give me my correct order she wanted to charge me and was rude about the situation. I also asked for a refund of the $5 of the nuggets for the inconvenience she got upset and said " so your just looking for free food ? Just give me the poppers back!" I said no im not going to give them back . I thought yo myself why wpuld she want them back? To re sell them? That's disgusting!! I told her I wasn't going to give them back , even tho I had them in my hand.. and then she asked "why not" I then Got upset and asked for my CORRECT FOOD AND I WAS NOT ABOUT TO PAY DOUBLE.... LIKE I SAID THIS IS THE 3RD TIME WITH BAD SERVICE. I Work in the food service industry and unfortunately mistakes happen.. bur fix a simple problem instead of treating guest like it's their problem for your mistake.

I always do drive thru. No complaint about the food. I'm not crazy about the location. It's a bit dim and also a little creepy. I prefer not to get out of the car.

Good service, very prompt and helpful. Salad was satisfactory. I got a chicken club 🥗 salad

service was kinda slow even though it wasn't busy but the food was good and made to order. overall it's a chill spot to go eat if your in the area.

First, I had to wait a good deal of time to order. Then, when I ordered the worker acknowledged my food order. I ordered a shake, but she said that they didn't have shakes available. I was disappointed, but I ordered a coke instead. When I got to the window, she took my card and charged it. She then handed my my card, my coke, but no receipt. I was waiting for the food I ordered. After a couple of minutes of waiting, she looked at me and asked for payment for my food. I told her that I ha already paid. I told her I was still waiting for the order of roost fries that I had asked for, but she said that she only charged me for my coke. Which means they didn't make my food, and I would have to wait even longer. I was upset because I had just worked 8 hours, missed dinner, and was hungry, and this Jack in the Box in Azusa has repeatedly let me down. I let her know this an she said (get this), "You are welcome to go someplace else. We are very busy, and we only have two people here. We are overwhelmed." That was about the most pathetic excuse said in the most rude way possible. Here's a rule of doing business...if you can't handle fulfilling orders from your customers, you shouldn't be in business. It is NOT your customer's fault that you cannot hire enough people or train them to effectively execute orders on a shift. It is the management's fault. If you don't have enough staff, perhaps you might consider shutting down. In the end, I had to go to the Jack in the Box in Monrovia to get what I wanted. They managed to get my order for me quickly and accurately while managing to be polite & courteous in the process. Because of the lack of menu items available, the lack of attention while taking my order, and the extremely rude response when I complained, I will NEVER return to this particular Jack in the Box!
