Easy Pleasy service with smiles! Excellent greasy food! Perfect at 2:30am!
The food was fine, it can be a little messy but overall ok, the service was good at the location I went to for the drive-thru. I liked that the fries were hot and had a good amount of salt. If you are wanting a quick and decent breakfast or breakfast item then I would recommend it since the iced mocha is pretty good. The munchie meals are pretty good as well but they are only past 9 pm
Love this location! The staff is always friendly and on every order! They keep it moving and I enjoy seeing the loyal employees that seem to be there every time I'm there. Clean and ready to serve. Will always come to this one and NOT the Lone Tree location.
This Jack in the box is by far the worst in town. It's always out of items and drive thru only. Don't waste your time. Go to remodeled A St location. They actually let you inside and are much faster. They should close this Hillcrest location down for good.
Tried the All American burger a couple of times and loved it both times. I like the regular fries and the cola is always well carbonated. The food is good, the restaurant is clean, and service here is great.
Jack in the box drive thru is open 24 hours…correct? So why am I being told at 2am that they are closed. Ive had many issues with this location that’s I’ve just dismissed in the past. However, this is ridiculous. If this was due to short staffing customers should be told why a 24 hours drive through is closed and someone is still working.
Because there were only two people working in the restaurant, it took 28 minutes. From order to receiving the order, we were in the drive-thru for 28 minutes(at 2:45). We were told that management had cut staff/hours. Please help these unfortunate employees by hiring them some help.
