Me and my friend Seth got there about 4:45. Walked inside and the woman at the counter was staring at her phone and I had to wait for a few seconds before she even seemed to recognize my existence while I stood directly in front of her at the counter. I had a coupon and asked if I could make it a combo, she didn't say anything so I repeated myself. She said yes. She typed a couple things on the register and then said "just the sandwich?" What. I asked her again to do a combo and she got it that time. Also asked her for some good good sauce cuz it's super good. Whoever came up with that sauce needs a promotion and a raise. But anyways, she forgot my sauce so I had to ask another guy to grab it for me after my order came out. Other than that the experience was great. Food was good. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. Seating arrangement is weird but it's a small building so, pretty understandable.
Ordered a grilled chicken salad with ranch… they gave me buttermilk ranch which shouldn’t go on a salad and didn’t cut my chicken so I have a salad with a big piece of grilled chicken on top that I now have to take out of the container and cut. You pay for something you should get what you pay for, period.
Went to the drive thru and was rushed by the tween working the head set. She didn't listen to what was being ordered and more than likely has a single digit IQ. I understand it's hard to find good workers, but maybe the store should actually ask to these people before handing out jobs. Just go to the other store in Alvin and pass up the one on Gordon
This place was disgusting. I bought a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, Value Fry and Value Drink. The Hamburger had extra nasty stale bread. Almost like they toasted the buns like subway would. I returned the food! Nastiest Jack in The Box I've ever dined in at. I spit the second really first bite of the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger out so quickly! Place needs new management. Or team members.
If i could give this place 0 stars I would. If you try to go through the drive through plan to wait for 30-45 minutes plus. I’ve tried to go at least 3 times just this year and every single time it is the same thing. You’re ignored at the speaker for 30-45 minutes or ignored until you end up leaving. Or if you try to go order inside after waiting for such a long amount of time they will run to the door and lock you out. This location needs to hire better employees who actually know how to work fast food.
It's usually mid..I only go here if Sophia's kitchen is closed..and everytime I'm ordering after every item I order they say is that all..is that all..is that all? And that's pretty annoying. Just let me finish. But the spicy chicken sandwich is pretty good.
I was served a frozen/burned french fry and a burger with no cheese when i asked for cheese on my burger. Horrible way for people’s lunch/dinner to be ruined. I mean seriously a literal child would be more productive on there food then this one.
Man usually it's no problem but today they forgot my whole double beacon cheese burger 😢 and I live to far to go back 🙃 😑 so yeah I guess we can try again next time maybe
