I'm a Chicagoan so I like a lot of cheese on my pizza. There pizza is great with a good thin crust and tasty sauce just get extra cheese if you're like me. I'm a big guy and two slices more than filled me up. I bought by the slice. Prices are reasonable compared to other eateries and food is better than fast food joints. Employees were friendly and courteous. The restaurant was a little bit on the warm side but not to bad as I sweat easy and was not uncomfortable. Place could use a little updating but not a breaking point that I would stop going.
Went for dinner last night for the first time with 3 kids and wife. Waited 30 minutes before a server acknowledged us. Ordered 2 pizzas and waited another hour and half before asking them to pack it to go. Turned out they never even made them. We walked out and told them to cancel the order. The place was packed and didn't see anyone get their food the entire time. Looks like they prioritize phone/DoorDash orders over guests in-house. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had in Winter Garden.
10/10 hands down. I have been going here since the old location, a regular weekly local. The food, customer Service (every single person) and the atmosphere is perfect. Always clean, always friendly and attentive. The food is always fresh.
Terrible !! We waiting 1 hour for the appetizer We waiting 1h 20min for the pizza, we were charge for the marinara sauce that we didn’t asked for, but came with the pizza. The music, singer, so loud that we barely couldn’t talk. The waitress almost lost our order, we should checked with the pizza guy if was everything ok. We barely meat on the pizza, my husband order the steak pizza , came with a lot mushrooms and onions almost no steak.
Kenny runs an amazing restaurant with a great atmosphere. The kitchen is very clean and tidy. And the service is top notch. We live in clermont and hardly go far to go eat. We ordered a Stromboli and a medium pizza. The Stromboli came out first and looked so good. Not only was it firm, so it stayed together but also stuffed to the brim with the toppings and cheese. The medium pizza followed, and man, it's big!! I'm so glad we didn't get the large. The crust was perfect, not too hard, not too soft. Little to no grease dripping all over. All in all, we found out new pizza restaurant. Highly recommend this establishment. Maybe some soft Italian music in the background would be a welcome addition.

Went for dinner. High prices and air conditioning was not working. Paid for our drinks and left before ordering. I have been there for lunch and the past and have enjoyed it.
I would give them more stars but I was a bit turned off. The food was good. Better than expected. Hala was very nice and professional. The issue was the bill. They charge automatically for gratuity then give options for additional tip. I felt forced to tip for one, then I was given an amount to tip secondly. My son had a slice, which I paid for extra cheese ($.50) and it looked as if it was regular cheese…it was thin and flat. DEFINITELY NOT your NY pizza. I am from NY and I have yet to find a pizzeria close to NY. The garlic knots are good just a bit oily.
