Usually come for sushi, which has a tasty special roll menu. This time had scallop hibachi and it was delicious. Love having enough for lunch the next day. Drink/cocktail menu has lots of options and is much cheaper than other places, and they were strong! Got our monies worth and had a nice time.

What can I say about iron chef? I was taking there for a birthday dinner- let me start off by saying my experience was enjoyable only because of the people I was with. First, we were yelled at because we weren’t sitting in the right seats. Then, we waited so long for our drinks only for two of our party, not to get theirs. These are minuscule issues that I would never waste my time in writing a bad review. Here is where it really all started to go south. The salad veggies were soggy. The majority of us got either the chicken in the filet mignon or the shrimp in the filet mignon. Now I hardly ever eat meat, but when I do, it’s the filet and if you know anything about filet, you know they don’t have fat and I don’t know if I was chewing on fat or muscle. The shrimp had an odd texture l couldn’t quite put my finger on. But this is the icing on the cake… As I was trying to enjoy my miso soup, I felt a little tickle in my throat, want to guess what it was? Two. Very long, black hairs.. I went to the front to ask for the manager, aside from being ignored for 20 minutes, I was then told there was no manager there. There were five of us in our party, and the least expensive dinner was $32.00 With drinks I’m assuming our bill came to at least $215.00 No, I don’t know the exact number or with my friend gave as a tip-but knowing how generous she is, I’m a you at least $250. I gave the chef a $20 fir the hibachi show. And do you know we didn’t even get as much as an apology? DO NOT GO TO IRON CHEF!! THIS PLACE WAS SO BUSY…AND I KNOW ITS NOT BECAUSE THE FOOD IS SOO GOOD. IT IS NOT!!! I am disgusted that a local business can stay in business wirh this level of service. I told the hostess that the wait staff should at least have their hair up… And when our waitress gave us the bill, she had her hair in a ponytail. Go here at your own Risk… I will relive pulling that long black hair from going down my throat for a very long time. And I am writing this, I’m just realizing I never even said happy birthday. They know that we were there for a birthday party. God I wish that was my only complaint. GROSS!!!!!

Went during their lunch specials with the family last week and had a really nice time! The salmon lunch special is delicious. It comes with soup and salad too- the lunch specials are just so worth it! The fried gyoza we had as an appetizer was good too, a little differently prepared than other ways I’ve had the dish at different restaurants but nevertheless good. Place is clean, friendly staff, and nice atmosphere. I recommend you try this place out!

Third time ordering here with my girlfriend and one of the most disturbing moments I ever had from a restaurant happened.. as my girlfriend was finishing her soup a fly happened to be on the inner wall of the container. Probably marinated in there for a good 5-10 min. Health inspector is much needed to reassure the cleanliness they're not retaining..

Made reservations for my sons birthday... Worked around restaurant's request to come earlier and we did, we then waited to be seated, waited for service, my sushi roll I ordered was missing ingredients And even after alerting the staff, the ingredients weren't brought out, nor was any discount put on the bill...the hibachi food tasted very good and was cooked well, but there wasn't any show or anything, hard to get refills from servers, and as soon as we were done eating, I received the bill... We didn't even get asked If we wanted any dessert or anything like that, which would have been nice since it was my son's birthday and I would have liked to have gotten him a fried ice cream, but at this point the staff were just pushing everyone out, it wasn't even 8pm! Bill was also wrong, And of course they put an 18% gratuity on it, so even after they fixed the bill and lowered it because we didn't get what was on the bill they left the tip at the higher amount, and even when I noted it, they still charged my card for the higher price. Never again.

Made a reservation in advance for a birthday and had high expectations based on previous reviews. We sat down for hibachi like everyone else does, for tasty food and a lively show. The cook was not lively at all and could care less we had a birthday in the party. This was the most disappointing part since it was a first time for the birthday person. Some staff were also very rude with the tone of voice they would use with us for simple questions. The other party at the same table as us also agreed on the level of service. The portion sizes were great, but the food was mediocre at best. The flavor was off. I will not be coming back to this establishment and I would recommend others shouldn’t either.

If I can give this place 0 stars, I would. Spent $30 for steak and chicken hibachi and the chef “forgot” I ordered chicken and told me to “take it off” the strangers plate next to mine. Once I brought my concern to the manger that half of my order was missing they were unwilling to compromise and still expected me to pay for a meal I didn’t get half of. TERRIBLE service. Do yourself the favor and save your money and go somewhere else.

This review is for sushi only, I've never tried the habachi here. This spot has the usual rolls but has a bunch of very unique selections I haven't found anywhere else. Have you ever tried sushi with kiwi on top? Neither had I, and it's amazing. My brain says it shouldn't be, but it is. Worth a stop, the sushi chefs put dishes out at a good pace and prices are standard for the area.
