Breakfast Menu "Insomnia Cookies" East Lansing

So let me start off by saying that the quality of the cookies is incredible. I’ve had all of their permanent deluxe cookies and they are always great quality. My deduction of a star comes from this particular location. The most recent time I went in there (12/3/22) the girl working behind the counter was clearly high as a kite. The location also did not have their seasonal/limited edition cookies even though they advertised having them online and IN THE STORE. I highly recommend their deluxe chocolate chunk, deluxe salted caramel, and deluxe confetti. All amazing. Soft and gooey on the inside and crispy on the outside. Will still go back even though the location itself irritated me.

First time here & it was late night. My cookies were fresh and chewy. I got Red Velvet, snickerdoodle, salted caramel, peanut butter & vegan birthday cake. A half dozen was a great choice for first timers. Customer service was nice as well.

I had the best cookies and the ice cream has their cookies too. Service with a smile. This is one of my treat myself favorite places

Good cookies that I want to give a higher score, but the selection was limited when I visited due to technical issues they were having. I wanted to try their vegan cookies but had to settle (which is a word I use lightly because I actually enjoy them a lot l for the chocolate chunk cookies. Another improvement they could make, given they carry a selection of lactose-free cookies and a lactose-free ice cream, is to carry at least one type of lactose-free or non-dairy milk. I look forward to going back again. They're seriously good cookies. Gooey and sweet.

We stopped in for our daughter's birthday to grab some cookies. They are cash only which was posted but very small! The smore cookies were the best. Even a couple days later the cookies tasted fresh and weren't hard or anything.

This place used to be legendary— fresh cookies would melt in your hand at whatever hour you arrived. Nowadays you’re lucky if the hard cookie is even warmed before they passive aggressively toss the box across the counter at you.

Best cookies around. Best relief for a stressful day. Or for a birthday gift. Lately they are slightly burned..minus 1 star. But still the best
