Indulge Bistro is our favorite go to Restaurant in Highlands Ranch. The food is all made fresh in house and is amazing! Jeremy, the owner behind the bar serves the best drinks and makes you feel at home. They have a beautiful terrace for outdoor seating. They even have a private room for private events. I highly recommend Indulge for high end food and atmosphere.

One of the best date spots in the Ranch. Food is always top-notch, spirits are lively and waitstaff is outta this world!

I just moved to Highlands Ranch from Colorado Springs, and I find myself missing my favorite wine bar there (uva off Interquest), so I thought I'd give this place a try after work. I enjoyed quite positive first impressions while walking in, and exchanged pleasantries with another couple who were entering the bistro at the same time. I didn't make reservations tonight and there was plenty of room at the bar, so I took a seat, as one does. There was a very young blonde girl standing on the other side of the bar from me, just two feet away. She seemed preoccupied or something, so after a few minutes feeling awkward, it took extra prodding from Jeremy, the awesome guy who became my server, in order to get menus for us new arrivals. Oddly though, she gave menus to the nice couple to my left... but not me. Jeremy noticed this almost immediately though, and brought me a menu. I ordered a fantastic Mia Sparkling Moscato by Freixenet, and the mussels, which came with french fries. The mussels were delicious, as was the broth they were in. My only disappointment here was the fact the fries get soggy way too quickly being served in the broth bowl with the mussels. The fries themselves are exactly how I like them -- thin and crispy. There were also about 6-7 mussels that hadn't opened, so naturally, I had to let them go. Sadness! I was still hungry, so I ordered another Mia, and a to-go order of the Poke Ahi Tuna Nachos that my friendly bar neighbors had recently devoured. I took them home, and can confirm that they are my new favorite food thing from Indulge. The nachos are fresh and flavorful, and have a really good kick to it, with the jalapenos. All this to say, I believe I've found my new neighborhood wine bar, and I feel very grateful that Jeremy was there tonight. I plan on returning this upcoming weekend, with my boyfriend who is visiting from Colorado Springs, and I'll certainly recommend Indulge to my new coworkers, because in my opinion, the wine menu and food menu options are much better than Postino down the street. I prefer the atmosphere also, as Postino seems too trendy and hipster for its own good.

Poke nachos were amazing! My martini was one of the better that I have had. Happy hour is daily as opposed to week days only. Overall I like it! I will be back.

Fantastic food and service to match! Came here years ago and couldn't remember where it was until today. Everything (minus screaming kid) was absolutely wonderful. For the inconsiderate parents out there, leave your screaming toddlers at home or go to Chucky cheese. This place is too nice to be ruined buy yelling children.

Wine, dine, and relax at Highlandsranch Indulge. Great people fantastic wine and food. Prices are fair. Sit outside to enjoy a mountain view or inside where the atmosphere it warm. Great for dates, family (21 over), or single. Be greeted with a smile each time. The tables are clean, chairs comfy, life is good here at indulge.

Service was dismal … saw our waiter maybe 3 times during our entire stay. Lots of waiting and food was undercooked, then the new plate was over cooked. Overall, was a terrible experience and could make better food at home.

Perfect place for us. We just flew in from Boston and needed a place to eat near our Airbnb. Wine selection is great the food was great, and the service was perfect for our family of four.
