This in-n-out isn’t your typical location. It’s a walk up and drive thru. There’s outdoor seating, but no indoor. So, on a rainy day, this is not an ideal location. Other than that, it’s not as busy. So, for that. I should give it a 5. But instead, I’ll give it a 4, but I meant 4.5.

We had a way better experience here than when we had In-N-Out in Vegas. The burgers were really juicy and flavorful and the animal style added extra flavor and depth to a great burger. The animal style fries were also really good, but would have liked to have the fries a little crispier, but the melted cheese, grilled onions, mustard and ketchup really elevated the flavors of the fries.

The line was down the street for the drive thru, so I ordered at the counter. The cashier was pleasant, but it took 22 minutes to get a single burger and fries. The couple ahead of me said they had been there 10 minutes before I had ordered, and their food was only served about 90 seconds before me. The burger wasn't hot anymore, but the fries were. A thorough disappointment in service, for a cold cheeseburger. On the positive side, it was one of the best chocolate shakes I have ever had.

I came for lunch on 8/30/2023 at 11:45am. The food was good but I ordered a medium Dr.Pepper with ice. When I took a sip of the soda it was warm. I asked the cashier that I wanted ice. She said that the ice machine was broken and that the sodas could possibly by warm. So i said you have any cold sodas or water. And she said NO. They should let customers know if the refrigeration isn't working. It's common sense. In this hot weather how is someone supposed to wash down there food with no cold beverage. So again I got another soda with ice it wasn't close to being cold.

As always great fresh food, always a line in drive thru, .. but worth the wait.

This place was the best and now has become the worst. There is always a ridiculous line that moves nowhere and can’t really turnaround for those of us that regret go in. By the time you get your food is cold and soggy with really bad taste. What’s the point of opening late if it has become a point of loitering late at night.

Very understaffed and took a long time but the taste is reliable and I love that they give out hats. The smoothies are SO THICCCCC I highly recommend the strawberry one, it taste exactly like the strawberry ice cream in a Neapolitan icecream tub but a lot creamier.

I stopped by In n Out for a quick lunch. The drive-through queue was shorter than most in-and-outs and an improvement over its previous configuration, which left you waiting to be rear-ended on Bristol. The queue was shorter than most, and when I got to the window, the cashier had already left and had been replaced. Unfortunately, my new cashier was unable to access the register. I offered to give her exact change, but she refused. After about 5 minutes, she took my money and handed me a cold-to-the-touch cheeseburger. I informed her that the burger was cold. She returned it and had another made. I'm not sure how this will be handled in n
