Breakfast Menu "In-N-Out Burger" San Marcos

the customer service here is very kind and attentive. the food also was great. i’m in california for the first time, and this was my first time finally trying in-n-out. i loved it and it was amazing for my first time.

Wow! Gwyn was one of the politest cashiers I've ever had at in n out. A friendly delight. Great energy. Set the tone for the incredible burgers we would soon receive.

Recently stopped in at this location and sat at the bar. Got a great view into the kitchen and the teamwork and customer service was so impressive I had to leave a review. The communication amongst the kitchen staff was amazing with everyone working together to get the food ready as efficiently as possible. Not the mention every time a customer came to ask a question, make an order, or pick up their food an employee came up to them and made eye contact and smiled. Simply 11/10 service and great food.

Had the Double-Double, with fries, protein style. Mighty tasty. Went during lunch, dined inside. Just a short wait. Fries were not real crispy, but probably because they were going through them at a quick pace.

I came tonight and ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks, and 2 milkshakes. They read the order back to me when I was ordering, and at the counter to pay, but when I opened my to-go bag at home, I discovered they forgot to give me a box of fries. I was definitely disappointed. It was a really easy order and they forgot my food. The worst part is that they were not even busy. There were 2 cars in line in front of me, and no cars behind me. Literally I have never seen an In-n-Out so empty. I definitely will not come back to this In-n-Out. This isn't the first time this has happened, too. This has happened almost every time I've been here. Not reliable at all.

A staple whenever we’re back in CA. This location is very quick and the burgers are always delicious! Don’t forget to pick up a Neapolitan shake while you’re at it!

Highly recommend eating burger asap. Waiting 'til you get home (to have your burger) does not compare to the crisp and fresh taste of a In-N-Out burger fresh and hot as received. Same for the fries which seems to never disappoint. I enjoy the onions both grilled and raw, but it is a personal preference. I always enjoy the kind and helpful service I encounter at In-N-Out burger. The simple menu and prices are always a delight for me.

UPDATE UPDATE: Came back again, ordered a 4x4 Animal style, delicious but too much with the cheese so I’ll either stick with the double double or try a 4x2, that’s 4 patties and 2 slices of cheese. UPDATE: Great, not good! I keep coming back. I have studied up, read the threads. Some think you just have to accept the fries, like they are a package. “If you really like In-N-out you will eat their fries!” Some say it’s because they only fry them once, others blame the oil. I don’t care, they suck and I don’t really like fries anyways so instead I just order two double doubles! Animal style and one regular. Awesome burgers all day every day! Good, not great. Fries are weak. Amazing machine, employees are responsive and fast and friendly. Fun to experience but sooooo hyped. Good burgers served in cute little diapers. Normal sized milkshakes, I’m not complaining.
