Always always good burgers when you go to in and out stafs great very friendly I would say nine times out of ten they get my order right 👍
Double-Double is always the best choice! Don’t forget to ask for animal style for your burgers! Bread is crunchy and smelled creamy. The environment was clean and bright. It was a nice purchasing experience!
Friendly staff. We went to Santa Cruz wharf and stop by here because we got trapped in the traffic. A little break for the road trip. I prefer the cheese burger without onion.
As usual, the lines are really long BUT excellent customer service and the food is consistently delicious. Perfect every time. Been here many times and have never had a complaint about anything. Hopefully it stays that way!
Basically a burger place. But with a tiny little burger. The finished product tastes pretty good but the meat is so small. The staff are fun friendly and enthusiastic and pretty fast.
Food is delicious, service is either amazing or ok, but I can say its never bad. Cleanliness is great but when its packed they could use a bit more attention in this area. Parking is horrendous! Drive thru is a nightmare but the location is not ideal to fix the issue, but it definitely needs to be addressed because many customers including myself avoid coming due to the parking, drive thru situation and end up going to another restaurant all together.
The Double Double burger I ordered tasted great! Restaurant was clean and the staff was efficient in completing orders. Btw, this business always has a long line of cars in the drive-thru. You can usually save time by parking and ordering inside.
Yet again another amazing in n out experience. This location was surprisingly busy considering it’s location in the Salinas valley, it must be all the people stopping off the 101. The service was quick and the staff was exceptionally friendly.
