We went through the drive thru so can't give a rating on atmosphere. We're from Ohio and the person taking orders in the drive thru let us know what he recommends. I had the double double, wife had the single, and we split a fry. Got chiles on the side. Everything was delicious, service was fast and accurate. Wish we had these on the east coast!
The only thing about this place I can complain about is the line spilling out to the street. Other than that, this In-N-Out can deliver a delicious double double with no complaints as I inhale the burger to the very end. Double double, whole grilled onion and chopped chili's definitely hits the spot when you're hungry.
Our visit here was Sunday evening. Really busy. We had been waiting for our food a good 10 maybe 15 minutes, when I noticed our order was wrong. I went to cashier and explained. He politely told me he had to get a manager. She was working hard on the line preparing orders. She politely turned to me and asked me what we needed. She's an amazing 10+ the way she handled the situation.
It's one of the better In N Outs for sure. Have never messed up my order, and the sandwiches cone out looking great! I usually get extra everything with whole and chopped grilled onions on my double doubles so the burger comes out quite hefty. They never seem to mess it up like other joints!
Tho it small it is great, today i got a double double with fries and 4 more hamburgers with fries and drink, i was eating at the seating area, a giant green beetle flew into my bag, i shook my bag to make it go away but it fell in, told them what happened and they remade my order, green beetle had nothing to do with in n out! And btw, good luck with the bag you guy’s took back lol
Expect a long line to order food anytime throughout the day at this location. Known for their big smile friendly staff, a quick in n out experience. If you like thousand island sauce, this place is perfect for you!
I enjoy In-N-Out and everyone else does too and their service is normally top notch. But this time when I was in the drive-thru, I was respecting the sign saying not the block sidewalks and then two cars cut in front of me and others. The employee said there was nothing he could do so I left without ordering. I will not be returning to this location
Above average in-n-out. Buns nicely grilled and everything tasted fresh. Lines moves okay, but can get long during peak hours.
