I love IN & OUT but this time, wasn’t good visit. As you can see on video, on floor lot of napkins. Floor was sticky like for really long time nobody clean it. What a mess. For was ok, needed to ask for another fries, they gave me cold ones. So as you can read, that visit wasn’t good at all. So disappointed, please do it all better next time.
Perfect well done fries, special thanks to Savanna friendly service and she is a hard worker, washing trays in between being a cashier at the drive thru window. Very hard working you lady.
Always a delight... is innout guys.. everything is top quality. I'm sorry I don't have great pictures .. it's just to good... didn't make it on time lol
Food took a bit longer to be served but was worth the wait.
Worst experience was in drive their line line did not move got off ordered I asked one of the workers how much longer and the cook girl said 5 min that she was making it waited asked again and they didn't know I'm not sure if the cook girl throw my receipt away on purpose because after she was no where! The cashier tried giving me and order that was sitting there so I told him no that if I waited that long I wanted to be fresh now a boy cook made me one get in the car realize he didn't put the extra patty in my burger will never be going back to this location never had an issue with in n out before not sure if it's the employees there
Though the drive-thru line was long (which is always to be expected at In-n-out), but I appreciate that the send someone down the car line to take orders, helping to speed up the process a bit. I got the grilled onion wrapped flying Dutchman with chopped chilies. It was so delicious! It was also nice that everyone working there seemed so friendly/genuine, it really makes the experience more positive.
I love their burgers, the fries not so much. Maybe because they are floppy instead of crispy, I think I just prefer crispy crinkle fries. Their burgers will always be one of the best you will ever eat and I have never experienced bad service even when they are super busy. I love to eat inside because I love the 50s diner vibe and it is always nice and clean.
Always liked the taste of In N Out burger but even after they jacked up the prices I still feel the meat patty being smaller than before
