What is it with the employees at this location?? The RBFs on these Chik-fil-a rejects is so unnecessary. I've tried to ignore it the last 10 trips but I can't condone it anymore. I'm done w this location.

Food was typical for In-N-Out. Employees were very nice. Order was completed quickly. Customer before me had his order wrong and then so was mine. I had to show my receipt to get the complete order. Ate outside, 2/3 of the trash cans were completely full. Most tables were clean, but not all.

Professional, polite, just all around outstanding service from store #36 !!!

Don't know what the hype was about. Long line mediocre burger. Person who took my order sent me to the left drive way window. Even though I didnt have any passenger . Poor cashier basically had to reach her body half way out to take my payment. My sister said try did the same thing to her. Except she was pregnant at the time..... Very inconvenient...

Have been going to this location for over 20 years. Received the worst service from the girl at the drive thru window on the imperial side today. They forgot my chopped onions so when I asked her about it she just looked at me like I was stupid and didn’t respond in anyway. Just walked away to fix it. She was acting like their screw up was my fault. I’ve never received this type of attitude at a in n out location before. She doesn’t belong there. Period.

Friendly and attentive staff. It's a unique location that only has outdoor dining, and it's fun to walk up to the window to order.

The employees at this location have an attitude towards customers. I understand it’s not the dream job but don’t be rude. Other than that, food is always good.

The best! Friendly staffs ...double double with grilled onions and animal style fries! Never fails! Our dinner experience was perfect! Thank u in n out
