Breakfast Menu "Imo's Pizza" Festus

3 stars today. We typically have good service but today at this location we ordered a delivery order. Our 60 piece provel bites were burnt and hollow fried balls, our toasted ravioli were extremely hard. Highly disappointed. I called and spoke to Connor the manager, he was very robotic but polite and offered a credit but I really wish places would hold the employees accountable for service like this. I spent $85 with tip for this order to receive and find that half of our food is not good.

I love imo's roast beef and cheese on hot garlic bread sandwich but this was the absolute worst sandwich I have ever had from Imo's! I have ate at multiple locations and this was horrible. I very rarely eat out so this was a splurge for me. Highly disappointed!

Ordered lunch specials. Salad bar was almost empty at lunch time. What was there was brown soggy lettuce. Very little cheese on the pizzas. Tables all filthy. We had to clean our own. Very disappointed today.

Live in Florida but must get Imo’s pizza every time we visit Festus, MO. Food was delivered on time with a smile. Pizzas and salads were delicious. We know we can never go wrong with this place. Thanks Imo’s!

The food is great, the service is not. Everytime I preorder and go to the pickup window NOBODY pays attention to the window. I waited 10 minutes today before finally parking and going inside. Which completely defeats the purpose of the pick up window. I often have my dog with me and shouldnt have to leave her in the car when its 100 degrees out just because nobody there pays attention to the window. Do better!

Excellent excellent excellent. Friendly owner and staff. And as well as friendly customers. On Wednesdays they have wacky Wednesday. Call the store for more information.

The food was really good. The restaurant was clean as was the bathroom. The girl who waited on me was very helpful. All staff was friendly. I would recommend you give them a try. Oh, and I didn't know this until tonight but you can get provel and mozzarella on your pizza or just provel. I was surprised when I found out because I thought they only had provel. But we tried the provel and mozzarella and it was delicious. So in case you didn't know like me, I wanted to share that secret with you. 🙂 Update: if you have a baby that you need to change their diaper, there is no changing table. I have a grandson that needed his diaper changed and so I took him to the bathroom and there was no where to change him. So I had to take him to my vehicle to change him. So I have to subtract a star for that. To me that is pretty important to have. I will add that if you have someone In a wheelchair they shouldn't have a problem with the bathroom. It's big enough that they wouldn't have a problem moving around in it. Also they have tables so it should be pretty easy to accommodate a person in a wheelchair.

Love Imo one of my favorite pizza places to eat. Food is always cooked to order and delicious.
