Great place with great ambience. The only reason to give low overall stars and low stars for service is because of how slow they were in bringing out the dishes. I went there for brunch with my family, and it was even slow to get a cup of coffee. However; the food was good, and pancakes were great as well. I would def go back to try out their Bloody Mary.
I had a really good experience here. I probably wouldn't go again due to my preferences in food and price paid, but it was a nice place to go and my husband loved his food.
Our waitress was an absolute delight. The food is some of the best ever. I had the dry rub chicken wings, we split an order of delicious homemade fries, my partner had, the mushrooms cheese burger. He loved it. Highly recommend. Beautiful little restaurant too. Oh yes, we were there during brunch, so we got one of their mouth watering, homemade cinnamon rolls! So soft, and huge, and good.
The wait staff at Ike's went above and beyond for our large group this morning. The family style brunch was delicious! Everything we could have wanted for breakfast brought right to our table - including their caramel pecan cinnamon rolls. So yummy! They even opened up their patio area after our breakfast, so we could open gifts for our bridal shower. Beautiful setting to just sit and visit under the canopy outside! Highly recommend Ike's for brunch if you are in Minnetonka on the weekends!
Eat here. It is worth the hype! The shrimp and lobster Alfredo was absolutely PERFECT. The Chicken Marsala was to die for. Even the kids meals were delicious (the fries were on point). We are looking forward to returning.
Happy hour is so busy that even with a reservation two weeks in advance, we were not seated where requested. I was a tad disappointed as we were celebrating a birthday and sharing our experience with family for the first time. It was nice that the HH prices were honored, but we've seen tables reserved and saved in the past.
We enjoyed Ike's. Love the atmosphere and the server. I had the ribs. Very good. My hubby had the New York Strip. He said it was great. We each had 2 cocktails which were very good.
Tried Ike's for the first time for Sunday dinner. Decided to eat Dinner at the bar so I could watch March Madness. Ordered a cup of lobster bisque and a ribeye medium rare to medium with loaded baked potato and green beans. The steak was cooked as requested and the soup & entree were great. Forgot to order Béarnaise sauce so I requested it after the steak arrived but they were out. The drinks were not short poured but the entree and soup arrived together! Overall, it had some positives and negatives and I'll eat here again.
