Another great meal at IHOP. Perhaps more attention could be paid to the counter. I waited there almost 10 mins to pay my bill. But other than that, it was a great experience.
I recently had an experience on July 17, 2023, which was the absolute best experience I have ever had an any IHOP, ever, from the East Coast to the West Coast. The staff greeted me upon my arrival graciously, with a smile on their face. When they set my sister and I at our seat, our waiter was polite and attentive. He checked on us multiple times over the course of our hours-long stay as we chatted over a delicious meal about our business. The staff here truly does have a great fervor for service. The leadership here is doing an incredible job. When we asked for the manager, Miss Iris, to tell her about our experience, she was extremely kind, and was very warm. She made us feel very welcomed and was grateful to receive the feedback.
My recent visit to IHOP was average. The service was good, but nothing exceptional. The food was okay, although some dishes seemed a bit bland and lacking in flavor. The atmosphere was typical of a casual dining establishment. Overall, it could be better, but it served its purpose for a quick meal."
Who doesn't love the International house of pancakes. Do yourself a favor and put a smile on your plate today!
Definitely will not be returning. Came here after work to have birthday pancakes with my son for his birthday. Was sat. never greeted once we were sat. People around us receiving things. After 20 minutes of waiting a guy brought us water. Said not one word. I say thank you and he say umm hmm and walked off. Sipped the water waited a few minutes still no one and everyone still being talked to and waited on. So we left. Thanks for the hospitality on my 8yr olds birthday!!! Y’all are trash
I hadn't visited an IHOP in some years. I remember the delicious pancakes and raspberry syrup (among other syrups on the table). No syrup choices on the table now. You can ask but will wait till your food is cold to get them. They still have the carafe of coffee but they won't refill it before you are ready to leave. My food was cool when it came and I saw our server twice, once to order and once to pay. I guess I won't be going back until I've forgotten why I don't go there.
Enjoyed the waffles 🧇 Restaurant can get pretty busy but wait is usually less the 10 minutes. Plenty of parking available.
Food was good, service was fast. Only issue is that the parking is really really terrible. The spots are super tiny. I have a Tesla model 3, so not a large car by may means, and parking it between the lines resulted in both my tires touching the lines on both sides. Door dings galore here I'm sure.
