It took a bit to get seated even though they weren't busy. Once we were seated though, we had a very pleasant server. The tables and the booths were clean and the exterior of the building were well maintained. I ordered the burger ($7) from the ihoppy hour menu and my wife ordered the new york cheesecake pancakes ($10.99). I asked for my burger without cheese, onions, and tomatoes, but it arrived with tomato. That being said, the burger was great. Definitely an amazing value. The pancakes... well, they were delicious. They were beautiful. The strawberries and icing were great.... but there were no cheesecake bites in the pancakes. They were very good tasting buttermilk pancakes, but there was no cheesecake to be found and when I asked about them, the server acknowledged that there weren't any cheesecake bites in it, but made no offer to correct the situation. I would definitely eat here again, but it would be nice if they actually made the orders correctly.
Service was extremely slow. Food was nothing to write home about. Disappointing to say the least.
I forgot what I ordered, frankly because I will probably never order it again. Ava was my server, she was rude & snarky & we've seen her maybe twice in the hour that we were there(when we ordered & when we paid to leave). Didnt get any water refills when she did come to our table so I was thirsty & hungry right before leaving. Avocados were rotten, tomatoes were also.. Sandwich was not put together nicely. The only edible thing was the hashbrowns. Ihop usually does a better job, but since the place got bought out it has been going downhill. I'm finding myself eating here less and less :(
Got seated right away. Had a new server that was amazing and food was delicious!
Waitress seen it was more important to carry on conversation with cook than to wait on me. Only one other couple in restaurant at the time. If this is an example of your service than I'm glad I walked out after being seated. I will never patronize another one of your restaurants is your food as poor as your service?
Was seated at a booth and waited over 15 minutes for a server to come over to even bring us a glass of water. Saw plenty of servers standing around chit-chatting in the kitchen entryway. We finally got up and left. Very very poor service.
I was extremely happy and satisfied with my wait staff that took care of me! Very rare to find people like that, especially a male. I'm only saying that due to the multiple thousands of places I have been through out our beautiful country and I don't come across male wait staff as welcoming and friendly as him! I thought the food was good, only part was I was working on paperwork waiting for the food and I lost my appetite due to the result of my paperwork.
There was a 20 min wait, other than that food portion was more than enough, workers were friendly. Will come again...
