I can't really rate food cause we have been just sitting here waiting... it started with the host forgetting about us and seating everyone that came after us. Then we sat waited 5 minutes for our server who didn't have the best attitude. A table of 7 whom was sat after us and ordered well after us got their food first which is ridiculous. And better yet 2 of our meals came out while we waited for our child's meal which in turn came out cold. Overall the experience has bee sub par the food if fresh and hot may have been really good but again cold and sub par. Server was not very good at her job nor was the host. My first and last experience with IHOP.
I went here on Friday, June 10 at 11:00 AM and was seated right away. It was a group of 4. The waitress was extremely friendly and helpful to us. I really liked how they said "Have you been helped yet?" Very professional. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea with lemon. It was around $2-$3. I believe it comes with free refills, but should double check just in case. It tastes great with two zero sugar substitutes. I ordered the steak omelette ($14.99). It was absolutely delicious. The entree also came with different sides and I got toasted white bread with butter. All in all, 5/5 stars because we were seated right away for lunch time, the waitress was great and attentive to our needs, there was a big parking lot, quality of the food, and we had a good time together.
Haven’t been to IHOP in years,sad to say won’t be going back ever again. The restaurant had multiple leaks in the sealing from a storm the day prior. So instead of closing for repairs,they just put wet floor signs up. I had to inform the hostess the spot at the entrance was soaked before someone broke their neck she didn’t even notice. My mom got severed brown water passing for gravy. It didn’t come with the Turkey so the manager made it on order and the waitress even told us “I don’t have confidence in this”when handing it to my mom. Why would you serve something you know isn’t good? Here’s the real cherry. Paid for dinner with tap on my card and got my information stolen. The next day someone had an unauthorized charge and had to cancel my card. Called the next morning to let them know,how convenient the manager was on vacation. “Oh let me write down your information he’ll call you Wednesday”. Y’all running a fraud.
the waitress took too long to bring us our food it was lukewarm. she waited to tell us that there was no steak sauce. the place wasn't very clean. she wasn't very concerned about us. we had to leave in order to get our check pay for our food and leave.
I was pleasantly surprised … I’ve passed by here for years and have never stopped .. my server Kyle was bright and pleasant.. . the food was delicious.. everything was clean .. a little noisy but only because it was so busy ! Will be back !!
Two tables that were sat after us were served first. The food was warm at best. My granddaughter couldn't eat the cinnamon pancakes...the server replied, "It's like the cinnamon challenge." A head up would have been nice beforehand since I had to pay for them. Blue Bell Ihop is so much better than this location...2 visits here and both times I wasn't happy.
Our waiter was AMAZING! Adam did a great great GREAT job with a party of 15, half being young ladies who play hockey! It made it an amazing end to an awesome experience for our weekend! Thank you Adam!
Service was superb.The service waitress was professional and she actually made my day with her smile.The food was so good,and I recommend this location.
