User Reviews

The waitress Madison was very polite, sweet, and fast. She made the experience so much more than just another IHOP visit. Loved that they were quick with our order and the food was great. Lots of options including healthy ones for us that like going after the gym.

The food was just "ok" and really overpriced. The omelets listed had very odd ingredients and were all about $16... They purposely make these set omelets so you have to go with the "create your own" option if you want a typical breakfast omelet. The create your own starts with just egg and cheese for 12.99 and every ingredient added is 1.99 each. So if you want a typical breakfast omelet that has cheese, tomato, ham, peppers and onions, your paying about $22+ in the end. So not worth it. The service here was slow and not friendly and the food had an odd taste to it..almost a chemical taste.

I love iHop. They definitely know how to do their pancakes ! I never have a bad experience at iHop. The food is good... the service is good... and they always offer different limited edition/seasonal menu items. One request: Bring back the boysenberry syrup- PLEASE

We we not happy with our service today. Took awhile to get our food. I ordered oatmeal. Never came. Had to wave my hand to get our servers attention because she never came back to see how we were doing or to see if we needed refills. Also asked for more pancakes and waited another 15 min and had to wave our hand again because she never brought us our seconds. We ended up having to take it to go. Food was great. Service not so great!!

When I am lucky enough to come and Lori is here I am just so happy. She treats you like family. Takes care of you like you are her own. Absolutely love her. The other servers are great too. They are not on Lori's level though. And that's OK. I truly believe this comes very naturally for her.

I gave a 3 star overall. Because it was just mediocre. The waitress was not friendly and had a rude demeanor. Her smile was not genuine upon greeting. The atmosphere was clean but did not have many people in attendance. The food tasted fine but I could have made it better at home. I guess that's what you het when you pay $6.99 for a breakfast. Not a whole lot of heart and effort is applied to cooking the meal. They could do better. But it is ok for a quick place ti find to eat.

Nice place, a little chilly in there, so not all that great if you wanna escape the cold out in Victorville lol. First time coming here, service was rather bleh; they talk really loud in the kitchen it’s kinda hard to drown them out— they blabber about stuff going on in their personal lives and laugh rly loud. Our server came off as wanting to rush us out of there. Literally as soon as she brought our food, already gave us the receipt, like hold tf up and let us have some time to enjoy our food. Another bad thing, you don’t get what you pay for. the portion sizes were so small! I got chicken tenders and as soon as I saw them, I thought I had ordered off the kids menu for a sec. I’m not sure if it’s something new IHOP started doing, b/c they’re not like this in other locations I’ve gone to. I brought it to the waiter’s attention, and she said it’s normal🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️. After our food was given, she never came back to check on us. I don’t think I’ll be returning tbh.

The service was great. Friendly staff. However the food was okay. Definitely not worth the price. The eggs, bacon, and sausage is great. The pancakes are better at Dennys. No fluff and small and they are overcooked. Still edible just not good at all.
