Wonderful breakfast spot. Plenty of parking and the food was spectacular. We did not have to wait for a table and were greeted by the waitstaff immediately. Food came out hot for all five of us; everyone loved their meal.

When I got my food it was cold after waiting almost 45 minutes after ordering. Then I asked for it to go back and be heated up and i was told they where to busy and asked if i could just bare with it. So then i asked to speak to the manger Karl who just looks like a pig and gave me the most unnecessary attitude. Then later into our meal we saw roaches then asked the manger again Karl/Karen said we didn’t see anything then i asked to be moved to a table and not a booth and was told no once again by the manger like calm down I understand you’re not happy that you’re 40 working at ihop but it does not need to be taken out on customers and take care of your bug issues.

Stopped at this location for "quick" breakfast on our trip cross country and while the food was what you usually expect from IHOP, the service was absolutely terrible. It took forever to get seated since no one was managing the hosting/paying station and once we finally got seated we were ignored for about 15 min while the at least 4 waiters were in the area by the beverage machine just having loud, personal conversations. The service in this location could definitely use more professionalism. While we absolutely love IHOP I would not recommend this particular location due to service!

Our server Chris was great and he took wonderful care of our party. Food tasted great and our large order came out correct. Our issue was we sat about 5 feet away from where they pick up food and a server came back and talked very loudly with attitude to the kitchen "Can you remake this my stupid guest didn't tell me they didn't want onions in it when they ordered it" "Now I have to wait on them" Stupid Customer should have ordered it with no onions". It wasn't respectful at all. Be mindful of where you are and how you loud you say things.

No complaints 👌 😌 food was good.

Went to brunch food was great, waitress was okay but the person who took our drink order brought two empty coffee cups that were dirty with lip stick marks. When leaving a group of young teenage girls were standing in parking lot messing around that worked there.

Was pretty nice and the wait was really fast even when it was packed. They told us it was going to be 20 minutes and it wasn't even a 5 minute wait for our table. I am also a big fan of breakfast food though so you can't really go wrong with feeding me breakfast ever. The cooks do a good job. All of our orders were accurate. And they made sure our beverages were never empty.

I love I-Hop but this particular experience kinda ruined my overall loyalty to this place. This particular location somehow has been going downhill as of late. No host at the entrance and some employees were just mingling at the front, loudly chatting and arguing. My party even noticed the girls up front doing their makeup and laying on the tables. Poor waiter in our area was the only one actually working and attending us after 15min of my party feeling ignored. We came at 3pm when it was slow and there was still a long wait for everything. I don't like being a 'Karen', but that was unprofessional on the server's half.
