Waited 25 minutes to get our order placed. Three tables that came in after us got served first. Staff was busy while the Manager was filling condiments, Maybe He could have helped the Customers instead. Food was good but I won't go back this location. Many other places to eat with much better service
Haven't been to this IHOP in years. The food was good as always, BUT the service was terrible, the portions of food were really small. Was rather disappointing. Even the drinking glasses are small, everything was small except for my appetite. I had to order another thing of hasbrowns, which also came out small. Wasn't even busy, I counted 8 tables being used. She brought our food and never came back, I needed a refill on ice tea,and she brought me water. Needed more napkins, nothing. 2 server and one hostess. Really, I should have spoken to the manager but was afraid it would have taken too long for him to show up. Was really disappointed in the small portions but bigger prices and the service.
I had breakfast catered from here for a meeting. The manager, Pedro, was extremely helpful. The food was hot and delicious. It was also a big hit and a much appreciated treat from the usual coffee, juice and pastries. Thank you to all the cooks and wait staff that helped with making this a success.
The service is slow and the food doesn't come out all at once. I received my meal quickly, finished eating and waited another 15mins for my family to receive their food. The waitress tried to deliver the check before they brought the food. I always had to flag the waitress down if we needed something. She never checked on us for refills or to see if we needed anything. I don't live by this IHOP but if I did I wouldn't come back.
Didn't get our drinks refilled once. I ordered the steak omelet and the "steak" did NOT taste like steak. It tasted like some kind of sausage. It was so gross. I only came because my 8 yr old child wanted to go to get pancakes but I will not be going back that's for sure.
This Location is my favorite IHOP location!!! The waiter today was exceptional!! Attentive, Communicative, Efficient, and super charismatic!!! The Food, psssssh hands down AMAZEBALLS!!!! SUPERBADUPER DELICIOUSNESS TO THE MAX!!! THANX YA’LL!!
Possibly the best experience my family and I had. Service was excellent as well as the food! You cannot go wrong with this Ihop. Don't even get me started on the prices! I highly recommend you try this place!
Every time i go there i have a bad experience, i went to eat there again today and it was fine until the cooks in the back started playing loud spanish music, it was very annoying and disrespectful because IHOP is not a Mexican restaurant, they had regular music playing where everyone eats and in the kitchen all you hear is loud Spanish’s music. I just wanted to eat there in peace, it doesn’t make sense how that’s okay, i would understand if they had it low were we could not hear it, but no they had a whole party back there, your supposed to be working not throwing a party at work.
