We went in for an afternoon brunch. When we arrived, it was a little bit busy, but that was kind of expected for Saturday. We got sat right away in a booth and we were greeted by her server. Everything started pretty nicely. I think the best part for me is that they allow you to keep the whole container of coffee. If you do order one, which as a coffee lover is glorious. We both ordered omelets. My husband had Colorado and I order the steak omelet, but I thought it was kind of weird that when I asked for certain things not to be on the inside and be put on the side, it was not accommodated. I was charged as an extra item instead of an individual item, that was already part of my meal. It was delicious but our server never got us water as we waited and waited for her to return. And she never returned. I eventually had to get up and walk to the kitchen and ask one of the servers there to water to my table. That's obviously when the service went down, the food is pretty consistent. So I am always going to be an IHOP fan, but the service is never the best but it's a hit-and-miss in service
I just came in IHOPE alone and the service was good but I wish there were some social. There were not that many people and I hope the waitress can have more conversation with customers.
I ordered a spinach and mushroom omelet for delivery, and it's the saddest omelette I've ever seen. The liquid tasted like half cooked egg, not cheese. And cheese wouldn't stay melted like that after a drive. It felt like I was eating soggy spinach and tomatoes covered in an undercooked over easy egg. I've never seen an omelette with so little egg before. It was so gross I never want to eat an omelette again lmao. Expected better from IHOP.
I like the food here, I definitely don’t expect it to be amazingly delicious but it’s definitely what I expect from IHOP. I have been to other IHOPs more towards the LA area and they do serve more food for example more flavor and more chicken on the salads.
Great dining experience here! We had brunch with five people and the staff were awesome!! Food was prepared quickly and was hot and delicious. Maybe it's just the Christmas atmosphere, but everyone was in a great mood including every customer I watched going in and out the door.
I was enjoying my food and I saw the waiter harass a bunch of kids. Two of them have a tip while there was one who said he couldn’t and she was mad. She looked at him really mad and he explained he didn’t work and and that he apologizes he can’t. Then she said when my kids go out I as a better parent give them money to tip. It was a really sad moment because she should’ve been a better person and understood instead of being rude and saying that’s why we don’t like to serve you
So the woman that greeted me eas wonderful. Pulling up to this ihop i was taken aback by the sign hide your belongings,lock your car,etc i was told that ppl break in cars a lot and in the daytime i ate fast and left Food was great waitress was alright didn't smile much
Ordered sampler, which is two of everything. As chained shop, you get everything expected.
