This IHOP is the worst of all The Valley! -No warm welcome -Servers are slow to take your order and don’t smile. -No sense of urgency. -No teamwork -Food is low quality and doesn’t go according to IHOP basic standards. Takes forever to arrive to your table too. -Manager doesn’t manage but sits down by the entrance. Doesn’t check the employees work or guest satisfaction. -You can see some tables left half way bussing and look dirty. -Atmosphere is OK but the employees customer service is so bad that it doesn’t matter at the end. I hope IHOP corporate take some action on these aforementioned feedback points.

I coming sometimes to this location but I noticed the cost for the same food in other location’s are little bit more expensive I don’t know if it’s for the area cuz it’s the same food was fast service and well done the food.,costumer service was great very friendly service.,

Quite small compared to other location but great food. Food proportions were smaller at this location than others but the food was tastier. Great customer service and plenty of space regardless of how busy. No wait time.

Great t food to get while high.. especially after 3 pm for happy hour. Right now 5 dollar all you can eat pancakes.

Awesome gentleman running the whole show (it seems 9pm Sunday) we were the only patrons and loved how attentive he was

I enjoy my neighborhood IHOP. It small, intimate, and has the friendliest servers. Went there recently to get a breakfast meal at night. The waitress that served me was so sweet and hospitable towards me. Each time i come to the Tarzana location, the employees try so hard to make me feel welcome and cared for. I ordered the senior 55+ 2×2×2. Two eggs, two bacon or sausage, hash browns, and toast. It was so delicious! IHOP always has extremely fresh eggs each and every time. I think they get their eggs locally, so the eggs are fresh. The only down side is when they become busy late at night, they don't have enough waiters to adequately take care of everyone quickly. This is not their fault. It's the fault of the company. Still, it is worth the wait for the nice conversations and friendly help. Come by this location and eat from their fabulous menu of breakfast items, hamburgers, and yummy coffee. 😋 Update: Sept 2023. I would recommend this location presently. Even though they are understaffed, this location has hired better staff to serve the public. I'm satisfied with the overall customer service here now. 👍👍

Horrible experience came in with my kids waiting for over 20 minutes. No greet, no one came to ask for our drink after 20 minutes, and I ended up leaving. Two waitresses would pass by not even greeting and taking other peoples orders who arrived after us.

Although the greeter is very welcoming and interacts well with the patrons, the service was long and menu wasn't followed.
