It's your average IHOP. The staff is really polite and nice, the food CAN be decent, and it's been quiet the couple of times we have gone. Which now that I think about it can be because the food quality is just not something to jump up and down about. I do wish it was a bit cleaner (dead fly stuck to the window, flies in general. Everything is a bit worn down and could use a fresh coat of paint.

Place was not busy at all and we were waiting for 10 minutes for anyone to even come up and acknowledge us, multiple workers had already seen us including the person who eventually sat us down sometime later after seeing them. The table we were sat at had definitely not been clean. I could see and feel the food crumbs on the bench along with water lines from previous table drinks. The waiter constantly forgot multiple of our items even after we reminded them about said items. If that wasn't bad enough one of the pancake orders we got had so much spice in it that it tasted like someone had spilt a container of pepper in it and cooked it anyways, the pancakes were an order of blueberry pancakes. The pancakes were remade, but we had to get the waiters' attention multiple times for them to realize it.

This location is just so so. The service is what really makes the place shine. Brianna was an excellent server and smiling, willing to help us with whatever we needed. I had the shrimp and fish and chips and my mother had the shrimp as well. The cocktail sauce tasted off like it was left out or old. The shrimp was small and mostly breading, anyways. The fried fish was fine, but average. Fries and jalapeño poppers were good, as well as the tea. I’d only recommend coming here for service as the food is below average compared to other places around the area.

We started coming here after we moved to the area last month. I could tell the place was already straining to stay afloat. However, the last three times the place had gone downhill fast. Last night was the last straw...we took family here and came in and waited for too long to even be acknowledged, much less sat (place was not busy...gee I wonder why). The sole waitress saw us and said nothing. The young man behind the cook's line also saw us and said nothing. Heather was also behind the cook's line and didn't see anybody because she was busy and probably the only one who takes her job seriously there (I may be wrong). After waiting long enough, we left and went to Village Inn, and we will not be back. Aside from the service, other issues include being out of stock of way too many items, being way too under-staffed, and having tweaker transient guys go behind to the prep area and helping themselves to food and beverages (3rd shift). This is ridiculous! To the owner, you can apologize all you want, but if you don't fix these problems, then folks will continue to leave negative reviews and there will be no restaurant to save soon enough. If this persists, then maybe that's what needs to happen. Enjoy the show!

IHOP is a great breakfast place. The French Toast was really good and the eggs were perfect. My wife had the pancakes with strawberries and bananas. It was good start to the day. The staff was friendly and were quick when we requested more coffee. Thanks IHOP!

Waited almost an hour for cold, soggy burgers, a sprinkle of fries; we were never asked if we needed refills, and the table smelled like it was wiped down with a rag that was sitting in dirty water for days! The Women’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It was very obvious that I was not happy with mine and my kids’ food but nobody cared… The restaurant wasn’t even busy! Do yourself a favor and avoid this location!

Food was great, and I know it was busy because of mother's day but it still took so long for the food to come out. The waitress kept coming to check on us, said the food was on its way and that she would be back with more drinks and then didn't follow through. A different waitress saw the empty cups and did the refill. Our waitress was much more interested in chatting with the table next to us. She also forgot one of the sides, and the one she brought out was quite burnt. A little disappointing service wise but otherwise fine.

My experience this morning was the worst ever. When you walk in the door they’re not telling you that half of your kitchen is down. I bet your weight is going to be 45 minutes to an hour just to get your food then on top of that the food comes out cold. The so-called manager no manager at all. I can better manage then him..
