Great service, great food and very clean! Seriously, I read other reviews complaining about hours posted vs when they are open. It’s got to be hard staying staffed but this place is trying. Had the Breakfast sampler. Pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs all cooked perfectly. Orange juice was delicious too. It wasn’t even busy on a Saturday morning. Louisville folks don’t typically like chains but this place is excellent.
I placed a to go order. $19 for a "Shredded Beef Burrito" and a side order of fries with ranch. And what I got was a tortilla with mostly rice, onions and a very little amount of beef. It was the size of a soft taco. And the fries? Just a few thrown in with the burrito, with some watered down yellow sauce? No ranch. After eating it I had to go get something to eat somewhere else. Is this how you do all of your take out customers? Had I dined in, and this was brought to my table I would have walked out. I was offended. Your cook has a strange sense of humor. And the quality control obviously doesn't exist. I won't be making that mistake again. And I recommend to anyone who is considering eating there, to go over to Costco and get a hot dog and a coke for $1.50.
An excellent team runs this location. Kitchen did a solid job, wait staff keeps it moving and the atmosphere is pleasant. Good work everyone.
Only worth it during ihoppy hour prices. The food itself is fine but overpriced if you are paying regular prices.

Food is great! Service is okay... atmosphere? Excellent! Love the fact that is Superior. Very close to Louisville and not way over there in Denver. Always clean and friendly!
Went into this location yesterday for father’s day as this is one i regularly visit. Had terrible service. drinks ,juices and shakes were brought to our table 10 mins in as we expected delays as it being father’s day. but waited over 20 mins for straws after several attempts to let the waiter know we needed. got frustrated and shouted for server for the straws said not to talk to him like that. he was waiting on 4 tables. he was most interested in cracking jokes with his spanish guests than doing his job. don’t get me wrong you have to be friendly but this was just ridiculous. when the food finally came out 40 mins after it wasn’t fresh. then my husband got his pancakes and bacon until 20 mins after he brought the food he brought initially. it was cold and looked as if it was done for a while. whether he did it on purpose we don’t know. i told him when i was paying the check i tried to call him several times said he was sorry and he hopes it doesn’t cause me not to come back. there is camera there. they should look at it.
My English muffin was rock hard and cold and my hash browns were a pile of uncooked potato. Slightly brown on one side. I told the waitress they were not edible and she said ok and took them away. Never returned to ask if I wanted anything else or to make any comment about it. Sat there while the rest of my family finished their meal. Had been a regular at IHOP but if this is how they do things now, I definitely won’t be coming back. Horrible experience.
