Mediocre at best. Service was slow including getting seated. While waiting to get a table I could see many plates ready from the kitchen for tables There were plenty of wait staff, so not sure why food would be sitting. The fried eggs on the kids meals were way overcooked. The bacon was like a curly cue. My southwest chicken bowl was ok, but again I think it sat before being brought to the table. This will not be a place we will choose to return to.

I went with my dad one morning and got the chicken n waffles. The wait took forever and they served me RAW chicken. Thankfully I didn’t get food poisoning, I will not be returning to this IHop.

The food was very good. Thae servers were very polite and made sure everything was OK. I must also say that the prices were very reasonable. There were not very many people there which is not what I expected, however there was a very nice senior there who's Birthday it was. She was very friendly and liked to hug. Her son was there with her. He was a retired Army Lt. Col. and was raised very well by his mother whom he called "Mother Dear". There family name is Ledbetter and according to Mrs. Ledbetter who lost her husband when he was 66, Led-is-Better.

The General Manager James on duty was so very helpful with placing our order. I am very picky about my eggs. When the eggs came to our table they were perfect. He is a very cheerful Gm very polite and awesome manager. Our waitress Neveh was amazing. The best waitress IHOP has had in a long time. Very quick with making sure our glasses stay full.

I regret going there in short sleeved blouse and jeans, probably needed a parka to sit there comfortably. The place was ridiculously cold. I saw a couple even switch seats because of how cold their table was but idk if the situation got any better. I could not enjoy my meal there. The food and service are good tho. Lots of options to choose from.

Walked into the restaurant on a Friday mid-morning, an employee was behind the counter on the phone so we waited to be seated. When she was done with her call, she said someone else will be over to seat us. We waited approximately 20 minutes with no one coming over. A couple of folks were leaving and said "the wait is even longer for food once you're seated". The restaurant was not busy with only a few patrons, so I'm not sure why the "service" was so terribly slow. Hope you all have a better experience.

My family and I came here to have a late brunch at around 11-11:30. There was already a wait, and we were a party of 8, so it took a while to get seated, which we were fine with and expected. We sat down at our table, and it took about 15-20 minutes before the waitress came over to get our order. By that time, we knew what we all wanted and we put our orders in, and shortly after we got our drinks. An hour goes by, and we’re still waiting on our food, so my parents go to try and talk to our waitress and the manager to see what was going on, as everyone else in the restaurant had food, and the other side of the restaurant was empty except for one couple who already had their food as well. We were then told that our food was still being made, as they spent the whole hour taking care of to-go orders instead of the table that had been there waiting. We got up and left, and we tipped our waitress as it wasn’t her fault, and we all understood that. I do understand that we were a party of 8, and the amount of food we ordered would take a while, however, it is not the best look as a restaurant if you can serve your biggest party within an hour of them being there, and you instead focus on taking care of takeout orders, even if they were newer, and you don’t make an effort to approach the table and tell them what’s going on. No matter what was going on, something needs to change in that IHOP, whether it’s policy, staff, or management that needs to get in order. Service was way too slow, and the staff didn’t seem to care all that much except for the busser who cleaned the table, and the server who took care of us. Just a really horrible service.

Rough. Where to start. Just read the other 1 star reviews. Go to the one in greenbrier. We were here for an hour and a half and we did not get hot chocolate (they were out). I did not get my side of mayo (not sure why). we did not get pur pancake sundae (they were out). my strawberry lemonade leaked all over the table and made a huge mess because it was all over the side of the cup. We did not get our cinnamon pancakes (the manager/cook forgot to make them before the birthday boy and I finished our food) so now I have to go to another place to eat after spending 40$ on half of the things we ordered. I am not surprised at all that there was only one other table filled at 5pm on a Friday if this is the expectation. Very sad.
