Chicken was burnt. Waffle was good. Coffee was black, and service lady was nice. She was busy but didn't see her until check showed up. Pretty much what you may expect at a corporate chain restaurant.
Good food at this price! Our server Jennifer was very friendly and attentive.
Very expensive food and very very heavy for breakfast! It's impossible to eat all of it not only because it's so oily and fat, but also because it tastes like shoes. They should seriously re-think their menu
I don’t mind giving a tip to my server but not when they tell you the tip is already included in our bill. I’ve benne there plenty of times with more than 6 people and I had never had this problem.. usually tip 20 percent but since she decided to take it upon her self she only got 15.
Jennifer is the best waitress at this IHOP. I have gotten to know her over the years. She has always given me and my family excellent service with a smile.
The food is pretty good aside from the Tabasco sauce on the table being watered down and the bacon tasting anything other than bacon. The hash browns also lacked taste; no salt of seasoning or anything just the hash browns. Idk how you get those three basic things wrongs but they managed to do that. The french toast and eggs were cooked the way I wanted but the other stuff needs to be fixed.
Dirty. Walked in at 7:04 am, 4 minutes after opening. You would expect the place to be clean. The floors were dirty (see pictures). Looks like the swept the dirt under our table. Makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. That being said, the service was great. Servers were attentive and polite. No complaints there. The food was good. It's been awhile since we've eaten here, since the covid started. I remember the food be better, but it could be me.
Worse experience ever, the food looks super sloppy, dont look even like the pictures in the menu. Also Jennifer our server provided horrible service, never came to my table to ask if we need anything like another drink refill, or to remove any extra dishes, our table was super full, that accidentally spill my coffee on the table and the floor, also she took our order wrong and she didn’t want to take it back, she said that wrong dish come with it, that was not right, my son ordered a sandwich 🥪 and it was served with a super huge bread for French toast insteas of the thing or regular sliced bread as it showed in the menu, food it’s really bad now that the menu has changed, i will never come back to this place again. Jennifer was a very bad low quality server with super long nasty looking nails..
