Breakfast was great. Service was awesome. We will definitely be back.
Went here with a group of friends (6 total). The food was great, as always. The service could have been better. A cup of water was accidentally spilled, and the server just brought a kitchen towel and left it in the table, not making any attempt to clean up the table. Besides, even though it was early morning and the place was almost empty, we got "kicked out." The last thing that server did was to start wiping the table while we were still sitting having a good conversation (this was kind of rude). That's why I couldn't give 5 stars.
The new menu is very good. The food came out quite fresh and was tasty! We will definitely be back
It is so disheartening. What happened to IHOP? This used to be the place to go for good breakfast food anytime of day. We went on a Friday at 7:00 PM. There were literally 4 tables of people. It was dead. Despite this, it took 35 minutes to get our food. My wife ordered the sirloin tips, and they were inedible. The hashbrowns were burnt, and such a weird texture that they were inedible as well. The other guy that was serving decided to try to interject his authority with our three year old as my wife was dealing with her. It was literally one of the worst dining experiences ever and I've eaten in places way worse. I think ihop is beginning to decline and will be a memory before too long.
Came for breakfast, was seated right away, server was a professional, took and placed order right away. My order arrived fresh, hot and delicious plus I received a 10% discount for 55 year old or older. I give them two thumbs up 👍👍
The food was so disappointing. The service wasn’t great. I kept having to ask my waiter for a replacement drink. Finally got a drink after requesting multiple times. I never got a refill on my drink once it was finished. The chicken fried steak I got was horrible. I got a little square of hash browns. It’s like they didn’t have enough for the day. The waiter took forever to take our order and all of the waiters/waitresses were congregating near the back conversing instead of seeing if any customers needed assistance. IHOP has definitely gone down!! I will not be returning to spend my hard earned money here again.
The food was not good! French fries were as crunchy as a Cheeto and hollow in the middle! Food was not hot just barely warm or just not cold. Waitress brought our drinks after a fairly long wait. She brought our food and never came back. Didn't even check to see if our food was okay or if we needed a drink refill. When we went to the register to pay since she never brought us our ticket, I told her the French fries were bad. She said she would let the cook and manager know. We were very disappointed with the meal and service. Won't ever go there for lunch again.
This place needs serious management and wait staff. Entered waited 15 minutes, never ever noticed by any staff. Staff looked at us but never greeted or acknowledged us. They weren't even busy. Half the tables were empty, but you could hear the waiters having a good time in the kitchen area. Needless to say, we never waste our time going back to see if it's gotten any better
