We came in the morning, on a Sunday, 🤪 there was a short wait. The manger was friendly and reassured us it wouldn't be long (it really wasn't that bad) When we sat down we all noticed how dirty the restaurant was. I mean bad. Spiderwebs in the corners from '99. Food everywhere. It was pretty bad. Definitely need a deep detail oriented cleaning service!! The actual service was average. Little shaky but nothing to complain. Long story short, don't go on a Sunday morning
No issues with the food; it was delightful. However, my server missed my hot chocolate and later my pancakes. Perhaps overwhelmed? Notably, the floor was unclean despite the lack of busyness.
Do not order food here! Management obviously has no standards. My curbside order set on the front counter for 20 minutes. No warmer. My car is clearly visible from said front counter, but apparently you’re expected to call the store when you want your food. I must have missed that because it doesn’t indicate that’s the process online or in the parking lot. Edit: just got back with the food. My order is also messed up. No mushrooms on this omelette, undercooked hash browns, only one set of utensils. (To be fair I did only order one entree plus a side so they may have assumed it was a single-order, but the idea was to share with my toddler)
I haven't been at this establishment for awhile but decided to grab breakfast to go today. Despite it being freezing in there the staff was amazing at making me feel welcomed. I ordered the steak omelet, pancakes, and side of hashbrowns. I really enjoyed the savoryness of the steak omelet but everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. I gotta start going to IHOP more often there's a few more menu items I'm looking forward to trying..
OK. I took my daughter for her birthday yesterday. Let the waitress know it was her birthday (was hoping they'd do something for her, nope). I then received my pop.... Black piece floating in it and the ice had a thing inside of it, so my boyfriend swapped me pop, then noticed my (his originally) cup had food stuck to it on the outside. I ordered the 2x2x2. Asked for over easy eggs, received sunny side up eggs and they were over cooked. She loved her pancakes. I then took her to the bathroom and saw our waitress there, her apron was on the floor while she used the stall... she did wash her hands.
Absolutely one of my favorite places to eat. Great service and great food, not to bad on the prices either.
My wife and I stopped here not realizing it was an hour before closing. We were welcomed and seated and waited on in a very relaxing manner. We had a great meal, and plan to stop in again only earlier thank you for the great meal.
The manager was at the host stand when we entered. He looked at us and told us to wait and then walked away without another word. When he reformed he told us that he would give us two tables together as there was 6 of us. Then without even worrying foe am answer he walked away again. He put the tables together and then walked away again and never returned to get us or to get us menus. We sat at the table and the waitress was pleasant. All in all it wasn't bad but the manager didn't give us the time of day and has poor customer service. There was our table, a table of 10 and a 4 person table. What was the need to be so abrupt and not be polite to your customers?
