Delicious. This place has a very attentive staff. Very good as usual
Nice staff, hard working workers trying to take care of rush hours, so even if the orders take a while to fulfill, you don’t mind seeing it correct and quality. There’s big diverse crowd of clientele and Spanish speakers servers too. Decorations are good but drab due to being not so new or cleaned enough. Menu is standard yet varied. A fun food joint in small town setting.
Food was fast and delicious. Restaurant was clean and not very busy as we got there just after they opened.
Overall good atmosphere. Had to wait to get to a table. They try to get your money first by asking "what do you want to have for a drink?" Then they leave you to decide on the menu. The menu had less pictures so I could not see what my order will look like. I tried the veggie omelette and the tres laches pancakes. I would advise not to add sugary items because after 5 bites into the meal you do not feel like eating anymore.
Fell alittle short this time. Sat at a booth and padding was gone on one side. Waitress brought my breakfast meal without toast and said it was coming right up. Well 5 minutes past, no toast. A few more minutes, well now looking for waitress. I see her on her phone. she finally returns and I remind her of toast. she brings in back in about a minute. well by now I am 3/4s finished. Food was really good but service fell short.
Food was about what you expected from ihop but the staff really made the different. My waitress I believe her name was Cindy Lou was the sweetest lady I’ve ever met. She took the time to get to know us and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. If you ever go to this ihop I would definitely encourage you to sit in her section.
I have been a big IHOP customer for years. Today was my worst experience ever. Horrible service!! Started with the waiter. Left us to go sit on opposite side of restaurant. Next, he brought the wrong food. He returned food to the kitchen. Only to bring same plates of food with food removed by hand. Later bringing one dish at a time. No air conditioning, so a fan(wind machine) blowing on our food.....cooling it very quickly. Most waiters walking around on cell phones or seated at tables. While patrons simply wait around until waiters are finished conversation amongst themselves. Entire place needs a deep scrubbing, rigorous cleaning.
Good food, fast service.
