Food was fine. A bit to much hollandaise on the breakfast sandwich and the biscuits used are more suited for biscuits and gravy but it was still good. We just took the top bread off and ate it with silverware, not like a sandwich. The waitress was friendly and service was good. Food came out timely and a good temperature.

Came here after we got up and left due to the poor service at the IHOP down the road. Our waiter Sergio, basing the name off what I saw on the receipt, was very polite and checked on my husband and I periodically throughout our time here. We had our drinks and food all within a half hour. Clean location, fast service, and polite staff. Highly recommended coming to this location!

The service was impeccable. Our waiter Sergio was on his game. Took our order, food came fast, was just what we ordered just the way we ordered it. He kept our drinks full and checked in on us with a smile and a very humble attitude. He made our visit worth our time. Thank you Sergio.

It was good but the food was bland compared to what I usually get and I always get the same thing. I liked the IHOP in south Palm Desert much better.

Visited this IHOP for breakfast entrees. Waitress was very friendly and attentive while our family dined. Ordered breakfast and lunch entrees. All well prepared, and delicious. Parking lot not crowded, so easily found a space. Was able to enjoy a nice meal, and visit with our family while we dined. Will visit again.

To put it mildly there is no wait! I was startled at the price here now well over 10 and talking 12 to 16 bucks they either have them Burger and onion rings or one of those cool breakfasts we all remember. Yet alas, no more. Nice guy for waiter I'm appreciate his honesty looks like IHOP's just for us old people

Fast courteous friendly personnel and waitress go above and beyond to make sure your experience is as positive as it should be. Moderate prices and servings are plentiful. They also have a pretty good size items on their kids menu.
