Where do I start... My family and I decided to go to IHOP after our Colorado State Fair trip. This has been our family late dining location for two years. Honestly, it has gone downhill so much. First of all, I don't know what's going on with staffing, but with it being a late night busy time of the year. Management should have made a better effort to make sure there was an appropriate amount of staff. Not just one girl running around like a headless chicken . We were there for over a good two hours. In those two hours two more servers came, and some how. 4/6 of the people got their food. Turns out our waitress had forgotten to put our food in. So everyone had gotten to eat and wait an hour for the last two meals to be made. At this point when the food was done. It was made incorrectly, and undercooked. Which wasn't found out until later on. Cause one of the last 2 people decided to just go home with the food. The Waitress offered to give the last two people a 10% off each because they were separate tickets. Not only did she make us pay $50 for an omlet and crape. When we asked her to fix it she said she had no way to. It's astonishing that not one employee was capable of fixing a mistake. Management needs to do better. It's not fair to their crew. We are sad to let this place go. But we probably can find better
My wife and I would come To IHOP to wind down after spending all day looking for a house to buy. We found our new home and moved in 2017. It had been awhile so we went back. The staff and service was awesome and the waitress was out of this world. Any waitstaff that can put up with my tom foolery and smile is up there with my mom. The food was well prepared and served at the proper temperature, yes I carry a thermometer with me. The appearance was great and extremely tasty. Daring. Our meal the waitress always checked on us with a smile and she actually avoided catching us with food in our mouths. I saw only one issue that bothered me, a waitress was eating where I could walk tch. When she finished she removed the plate but never washed her hands and returned to work. Had she been out waitress and brought our food after that I would have refused and asked for the manager. Other than this we had a good meal.
Our team came here for breakfast for a team retreat. We had a large group of 10 people and our waitress Dara was excellent. She made sure we were taken care of and she was so nice. Our food was excellent and this was a great experience!
I got the plant-based sausage with egg whites and protein pancakes (Plant-based 2 2 and 2). The servers were very prompt with refills and everything. Even though it was pretty busy, I was never overlooked. The food was great. I will keep this location in mind whenever I'm in Pueblo.
The staff is always great here. Food is always great too. The manager on duty 7-22-23 @ 8:15am was very rude to her staff. Yelling at them, causing a scene when someone would come ask her a question. I love this place but I feel terrible for the employees that have to work under her. They showed more professionalism than her by far.
I work here. As a staff member we really try our hardest to bring customer satisfaction for the people of Southside Pueblo. We have many regular guests who always feel welcome and are glad to serve the public! We host many birthday dinners and seat large groups. Customers seem to appreciate the integrity and effort of our service! You’re always welcome to stop by!
I'm sad to say the female cook on friday 7-21-23 around 4 am was honestly horrible French toast was awful pancakes tasted stale Hash browns burnt so bad they were dark and crisp all the way threw eggs seriously over cooked and the burger took 35 mins to cook and burn..... but...... my 5 stars go to DANI..... she was super sweet well dressed very carring took my wife and I order perfectly 🥰... she maintained the dinning area to perfection. All around great worker and pride in her job... I felt so bad that the cook was serving food so bad and Ms DANI had to serve it and we all know to well some folks take that out on the server.... ihop should know Ms DANI is a great addition to there company....... but as for the female cook....... new hire asap. Great place great workers and great food when they have cooks who care about what they put out and care what the make this company look like.....
My experience was so awesome! I had the opportunity to of meeting Jared M. Penn. Who above and beyond The call of duty, this young man made my day he was so on point!!! Keep up the good work it has already paid off.
