Fantastic Ideal IHOP and one of it's kind in the whole area. I have a lot of good memories with this IHOP that are a little bias of me. I had met my girlfriend here for our first date, and we would eat here all the time for future dates as well. And the food was always great when we went out. Perhaps that's the point though, is having good breakfast brunch food with the people you enjoy. Even if I come alone sometimes, the service is always sweet and you can't really ask for too much there. My favorite dish is the Southwest Chicken Bowl. It's just so delicious and the last time I went recently the chef did an outstanding job in it.
August 3, 2023 Our side of the restaurant had 2 other tables... We were 3, 1 was 4, and the other was 4. We were very disappointed at the lack of service, the length of time it took to get drinks and food, and the argumentative make of our server. I sent back my cup of tea because of white flakes that appeared floating as I stirred a black tea bag. I was told it was just from the tea... The black tea in a clear bag. No... Got another cup about 10 minutes later. That was okay because we hadn't received any food yet. Got my chicken tenders... One was burnt to a crisp... Literally black on one end. I couldn't tear it apart... It's broke in half. I was told it was the timers fault. Hmmm... Maybe turn down there grease temp? She replaced one of three tenders with another that wasn't AS burnt. I liked at her and I was told "I guess that's what you get for $3" (it was Hoppy Hour- 3 tenders for $3). Not a great answer. We had separate checks. They were just set on the table... No words. Mine was $8.14. I set down a $10 in the tray. She took it and never came back to the table. And the group of young men that walked in, went into the area where the servers got food, and just hung out... Not okay. I'm not sure what was happening tonight but they need to do better. May 2023 Our server had so many customers but still gave excellent service and showed no frustration! My only negative remark is that the doorbell that rings when someone comes into the entrance is stop annoying when people stand there waiting to be seated.... It just kept going and going and going. One time there were two people just waiting for someone who was in the bathroom. The bell rang for almost 5 minutes.
Our server was great. They were just short staffed for cooks. Our server kept letting us know, we were not forgotten. The food was fine...nothing special. Not a place I visit often and probably won't visit again for awhile.
A little pricey for what it is. No longer offering buckwheat pancakes, but overall, good breakfast. Spotless, squeaky clean, and our waiter, Joaquin, was very good.
I came in to have breakfast before going to an appointment. Everything was fine until I noticed that the coffee pot that I was served had obviously not washed in some time. Not can you see the coffee residue on the pot. But the old coffee buildup along the rim at the top. When I brought it up to the manager. She became defensive and insisted that the coffee pots are cleaned on a daily basis. Then provided a different pot. Never apologizing for the "possible" error.
We arrived at the local establishment here in Prescott valley, not only were they busy, but 2 of the waiter apperently don’t u setstand the term customers first, I work in the restaurant business myself. And im a manager; the second little girl that was asked to help, had a piss poor attitude, played dumb and blind. Honestly. Worse night. Especially with 2 pre toddlers and about an hour wait for food!?!?! Get y’all’s act together, higher actual adults not these, high as a kite kids. Y’all seriously lost a loyal customer due to actions and pricing. I will take my business to a(n) establishment, that actually uses their eyes and acknowledges that.
Whoever Manages this restaurant is doing a phenomenal job! I was seated immediately in the cleanest cafe I've been in in a while! We were greeted by Charlie our server, who had a great sense of humor and never left us wanting anything!! Lots of great choices on the menu, our food was out in NO TIME, steaming hot and extremely delicious!!! I had such a wonderful breakfast experience there, so THANK YOU EVERYONE IN THE TEAM, MAKING MY MORNING OUT WITH MY LOVE SO ENJOYABLE!!!
We came in late, the host seated us right away. Took our order graciously and patiently. Bent the menu to our liking and was just outstanding. And the food was better than expected. All in all we had an excellent time.
