Did an online order. Arrived at the specified time. Order was ready 20 minutes after the provided time. The restaurant was extremely dirty. There were only 3 families inside eating and there were 4 waitresses that I saw and no one would acknowledge those that entered, such as me and another family that walked into the door. No hello. No goodbye. No status update. I had to literally not break eye contact with them to get them to come over to me to ask what I needed. Had I not already paid for my order online I would have left. I felt trapped. Worst customer service I recall ever experiencing. I hope this place gets new management that can properly run a restaurant and set service standards for their staff.
Waitress was so rude! Slamming our drinks on the table, completely disappointed, the restrooms were yuck so nasty! No paper towels or hand dryer not to mention no soap ,so I wonder how the employees wash their hands! That was our second time there and definitely will be our last!
Food was delicious. Love the new mini pancake tacos! It's loud, but it's IHOP. It was clean and restrooms were in a surprisingly great condition.
Perfect! Haven't been to IHop for years. Mom & I had lunch today, the chicken burrito bowl. It was tasty and Monica, our wonderful server was attentive, fun, accommodating & made our visit very special. I highly recommend IHOP at Stone Hill & ask for Monica's station.
I actually added a review last month but my phone got stolen before I posted it but anyway yes this IHOP has gotten way better and to last month was no fluke Rosa J did not disappoint at food was right on time just how we wanted...We are definitely coming here more often although the omelette and pancake game has always been strong but the service had been the issue even before the pandemic but everything is good now in my opinion and gets my stamp of approval 💯!!!!... Obviously this place still needs help because almost half of the building isn't even being used because not enough of people but that said the service has been good and the last 2 times we actually had an excellent server...( Monica)...

It tasted how you'd expect for IHOP. I didn't like how burned the edges of the hash browns were and how part of my bacon wasn't cooked as much as the rest of the strip of bacon. I thought the pancakes were good. I liked that their syrup no longer has high fructose corn syrup, but it probably just has regular fructose corn syrup. The hot chocolate was tasty. The place was freezing!! Restaurants do that because it makes people eat more. Good thing I had some emergency jackets in the car I could bring in to wear.
When you order the curb side you expect them to bring your order out!. I had a 1020 am order, I gave them some grace because you know things happen 1035 nothing. So I called into the store and of course no one answered the phone was on hold for 8 minutes until I finally hung up and walked into there. I told the girl up front I had an online curbside order and she asked me where my ticket was. Hmmm ma'am it's an online order I'm confused lol. But I gave her my name. Tell me why she goes right back there and gets my food as it has been sitting there already waiting. So why hasn't no one come out with my food. So it's cold and I'm now super annoyed.
