I typically come here weekly and today my server Evan is so professional and polite. The cook however did not get my food right. Evan offered to replace it but I know my husband will enjoy it later. I requested my steak rare, it was well-done. I wanted scramble soft eggs with melted cheese, I got hard eggs. It was good just not my preference. Evan you are awesome so I made no fuss.

My experience in the place had been good until today, there weren't many people in the place and they made me wait 25 minutes to order and another 25 minutes to serve my order. This really left me with a bad experience, I was about to leave the place. About the food is really good, that's why I come to this place.

The food looks good in pictures but the taste it's not that great, the amount of food for the amount of money we paid it doesn't go accordingly. The hot chocolate is delicious but I feel it's overpriced. The next day we decided to have breakfast but this time we decided to trouble out of town to an other popular place in Riverside on Tyler and OMG what a big difference the food is pricey as well but the meals (Breakfast) size and taste makes it all worth it 👌 we had hotcakes🥞 as well but I didn't took a picture of that, but even those were pretty good and big. I will place the pictures of the other place as well so you can make your own judgement!! (First 3 photos are from the other restaurant) and by the way the total end up being less than IHOP!

I don't know why this restaurant is in full all the time the food was great the service was really good the young lady was quite inattentive. Also the coffee taste like coffee I had the sirloin tips with onions and mushrooms and eggs over easy hashbrowns and it come with this is far better than I expected!

I always love coming here always get great service the food is generally really good. Atmosphere is always nice. And the servers are really kind. We all should really appreciate when we get really good servers and I hop in Lake Elsinore has it. You guys and girls do a wonderful job.

Everything about the restaurant is amazing. The service was amazing. My girlfriend and I were sat down in less than 10 minutes. The food is also amazing

Is it me, or is this IHOP one of the worst in the franchise? Every time I come here, there’s nobody at the front counter, I stand there for about 5 to 7 minutes, the chef sees me but nobody greets me. I think the host always goes on vacation. Not to mention that a lot of their stuff is fine apart like doorhandles, doors, etc. Worst experience ever

IHOP on a Thursday night was depressing. They lump everyone into a small room in the back of the restaurant. Kids were coughing, some really bad music kept playing on repeat on the overhead speakers. The staff had is wait about 5 min before being seated in a booth that was overly damp from being wiped down prior to us sitting. It was uncomfortable. My daughter ordered a salad that was literally just lettuce and a few pieces of tomato. When she asked where the rest of the salad was, she was told thats all they had. I asked for crispy bacon, but instead, got bacon that was barely cooked. The food was cold, except for my french toast, which must have been the last thing to get prepared. Overall, i was super let down over this experience. When we left, it was 9:20pm, the sign said open until 10, but all the exterior lights were off, none of the parking lot lights were on. It was very dark and seemed super sketchy. Probably won't be coming back to this location unfortunately. 3 people with basic meals was $75...
