I went in with no expectations. I went during the week so we were sat immediately. I settled on the protein pancakes; specifically the lemon ricotta mixed berry. They were 800 calories which is unnerving but they were very delicious. I ordered a side of grits that came in a gigantic bowl by the time they arrived I was already full. The non pork meat options for breakfast meat is turkey bacon—which was also good. The service was fine; plenty of places to park. It was a good experience. We were in and out in less than 30 mins.

First the place is very dirty floors, doors and tables and bathrooms no words very unpleasand disgusting. Food took forever pancakes were uncooked the service is really poor. They charge me for eggs and I they never bring them. Very very un organized ,I don't understand how a company like Ihop have this type of situations which the customer see this. I don't imagine the kitchen. I just saw the outside I don't want to imajine the inside.

My best friend and I stopped by on a Sunday for Lunch. It was extremely busy. We waited for about 15 minutes to get a table. Even as busy as they were, everybody was very nice & had smiles on their faces! The service was awesome! The food tasted 😋 delicious! The staff did a fantastic job of keeping the place clean 👏🏻! All of the above stated made our experience very enjoyable!

There is definitely a problem with the kitchen staff , they are very discriminatory towards their fellow colored workers and colored guests . They have no issues in making the customers wait for unimaginable long periods for their food ..by having to wait extended periods of time for their food . The manager does not deal with the issue and apologizes but will not do a root cause analysis and hence adding in the abusivo environment by the kitchen staff. I am amazed their from what I understand such a deplorable behavior by kitchen staff and the manager takes no action . Hopefully Corporate IHOP takes notice and action …

first appearance wasn’t pleasant. I almost wanted to turn around. The ihop sign on door is so okd and dirty it looks like mold is starting to grow. You can’t see clearly through the doors because it has so many handprints and slime. They arent to quick with clearingvtables and tge bathroom needs a rehaul. maybe someone to pick up toilet paper and paper towels? The waitress we had was pleasant and got to us when she was able. the greeters up front need to clean those doors instead of just standing there waiting for next customer. This place definitely needs some attention. maybe more help? This table gas been empty for 10 minutes already.

This was an okay place to grab breakfast for dinner, but notably in the last few months it's become increasingly obvious that this establishment is slipping a lot through mismanagement and rookie employees. Place was near empty and the table's order was still messed up because of the lack of clear communication between server and kitchen. Waited for almost 30 minutes for the first few plates to reach the table and then another 15 for the rest of the order. Food was just OK like always (not exactly a secret that chain diners are cheap), but the atmosphere was abysmal with the staff not taking their jobs seriously and even casually swearing at each other like we're not in a family establishment. Unprofessional all around. I will not even entertain the thought of coming back.

My son and I went in about noon because he wanted IHOP. Place was very busy as most places are on Sunday afternoons. Sat for 10 minutes to get drinks. At the time we ordered drinks, I placed my food order with waitress. 30 minutes later waitress comes to table and say "I'm sorry, what did you order?" I reordered and waited another 20 minutes. I asked for the manager. About 2 minutes later the waitress returned with our food. Clearly the food had been sitting for a while, the eggs and omelet were cold (cold scrambled eggs change color and lock together like rubber). I asked for the manager again. Another 5 minutes no manager. I get up to leave and approach the front desk to ask for manager again. 3 min later manager shows up with a blank stare on her face, not showing any concern for what the issue was. I asked her to follow me to the table to show her the food. She stated that she already saw the food. I examined that clearly the food had been sitting out for a while. She agreed. I told her that was unacceptable, I just wanted to let her know how poor the service was and left. I called the business phone and no one answers the phone. This location desperately needs new management and/or staff training.

Not sure why people even eat here, customer service is HORRIBLE. I will picking up a Doordash order and the guy wanted me to do his job for him. Then as I was leaving yells at me "dude I been here since 8am". I'm not a dude, and your personal issues about your job...are YOUR issues!
