Food came quick and it was good, short waiting time to be seated, service was a little slow, we had to get forks, napkins and ketchup by ourselves since the waiter didn't brought any
INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTING!! After several enjoyable Turkey Dinners, this was an utter mess and shock! Everything was cold, mush, scrambled and thrown together into one heaping mess of a container! Turkey was cold and stale! Mac & cheese was cold and bland! "Loaded" mashed potatoes were smothered over the turkey and Mac & cheese carelessly topped with cold cheese and cold bacon! I wanted to almost cry from disgust and disappointment! Worst part is that Uber Eats was "unable to upload photo" of this ridiculously over priced 40 dollar "dinner" and have no option to call anyone! I will never again order IHOP and will cancel my UberEats membership due to the difficulty and hoops they make you jump for an otherwise simple fix called costumer service..which they lack! I'm now sick to my stomach and regretting ever ordering it!
Very busy location, first time here because Norwalk location is being renovated. Came on a Sunday around 10, waited 40 min to get a table. Employees were nice and attentive. Food was ok, my daughter said crepes did not taste good.
One of the worst locations I've been to. The waitress had an attitude while taking our order. When asked a sample question she replied very short. When asked for condiments the food runner, never came back. The food took over 20 minutes to get to the table when there were little to no patrons. When looking for our waitress to place a drink refill, she was no where to be found and no one else would help. Before we finished eating the waitress dropped the check down without saying a word and walked away.
We have a closer location to home and rather do the drive and come here. The manager Aaron is super friendly and on top of table touching ensuring everything is up to standards. As a manager of a restaurant myself, people like Aaron are hard to come around. He is the reason we keep coming here. Food and service AMAZING!! Thank you!!
Oh it was so Good... I was starving when I went in..Had just left the doctor from doing Blood work and waiting on results from previous work... So I was pretty hungry and wanted coffee.., ☕
My family and I visited the Paramount IHOP location late night after partying at family event. The manager Aaron so inviting and professional at such a later hour. The service was excellent and he continued to check on us and made sure we were okay. We will be back most definitely, especially to the late night weekend crew and Aaron. Great job bro, keep up the outstanding service sir.
Worst ihop I ever been too. upon arrival I was sat in an area & immediately upon sitting and pulling my chair in I grabbed a handle full of syrup , my shirt sleeve also ends up stained with this syrup I have yet to even place an order And already i was seeing and dealing with lack of basic cleaning standards that should be invisible to the customers eye this location either needs better management or a new wave of staff members. First and last time I bring my family to this location. I ordered what I always order at Dennys and ihops country fried steak and for the first time ever I disliked the taste of what I was served. This is all I get at these locations for breakfasts and for the first time I can say it was not good at all. The owners of this location seriously need to retrain everybody in this building .
