Jake was a great server! Food was definitely on point, too!
Hello, first time we went our server TINA she was so kind and attentive very patient and friendly with our 4 kids. Because of her we went again the following week and will keep going. she has an amazing costumer service, she’s quick and didn’t forget any detail of our order. She recommended alternative food for our two toddlers girls.. my 4 kids like her so much. I wish there will be more people like her. She’s the best.
We chose to eat here because they were offering all you can eat pancakes. My son never got more pancakes after waiting for 20 minutes. The server took her tip, cleaned off the table, and cleared my kids water cups away as they waited for the pancakes.
It was a Saturday afternoon, full to the doors. But I have to say the wait was short. About 20 minutes. It was clean the service was great . The young lady was very sweet and attentive. Truthfully the last time I went to ihop on the E side the service was horrible. Parking was great here. Seating was spacious finally a booth I can breathe in . I think i found my spot .
The service was quick but we were not rushed or left unattended like other IHOP locations. Favorite location from the AV honestly. Good food, good music, waitress was patient and attentive, they followed Covid protocols too. Very satisfied with our visit
I would come again, my experience was fantastic. We were seated once we came in. We order our beverage soon as we sat. Got our drinks, our order was placed. Took about 15 mins to get our food, no hassle. Enjoyed our delicious breakfast. Our server kept checking on us, refilling our drinks. (Orange juice was refill, that's was a PLUS) Making sure our food was delightful. Very spacious, the room temperature was great (not like other places where the AC is blowing directly to you) nice a cool. Restroom is very CLEAN, toilet papers seater were available. Door handle and door glass seem to be clean. They also have a coffee shop in the diner. My partner got himself a coffee as we were about to exit the restaurant. The coffee was on point. Overall with this experiment I'd give it a five star. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely coming back 😌💥
Read some reviews that service was bad but still decided to try it out. Boy were they wrong! Service that we got from start to finish was absolutely great. Food was great, hot coffee was overflowing with refills. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend and come back.
Greeters was great we were seated ordered our food (party of 9) for the price of the Jr Chz Burger FF and Soda $11.78 subtotal $1.21Tax $12.99Total I didn't expect the patty to be the size of a silver dollar the bun was actually to big for the meat patty but the Server "DIEGO "WAS S AMAZING TO OUR GROUP
