Food was a bit expensive and service was terrible. Can’t say I would return. The steak omelette was fine but cheaper prices and family owned restaurants down the street to support.

Enjoyed an early dinner 7/13/21 with hubby - Not crowded; food was delicious and service was great.

Good food, good price, it is always coupons available online. Regarding the wait, IF you go at busy time especially at weekends it is always pack, waitresses do their best to please all customers. I can't complaint, I always get good service. Need to said I moved out of the country come back to visit my family, went for breakfast 🥞 here and some waitresses still remember us from far 5 years not been in this IHOP, made me feel like I am home 🤗

We waited 5 minutes before we saw an employee to seat us. It wasn't very busy. After we were seated, it took another 10 minutes for someone to come to our table to take our drink order. Then they came back to say they didn't have tomato juice. In all, it took between 15 to 20 minutes to just get our drinks and take our food order. Our waiter did finally get better. The temperature in the restaurant was a bit warm, but the food was excellent. We walked to the register to pay. They had to go to the back to make change that took an additional 5 minutes or so. Standing and waiting. Maybe it was an off day for the employees, but to me, customer service should be a priority.

Don't take me wrong, the food and the building are good, but waiting more than 30 minutes for your meals is ridiculous. And we were not alone. At least 4 more families in nearby tables were in the same situation. I return to Ihop after several years, and the same problem persists. Terrible.

To many cut backs on the menu, damm cup of coffee cost $3.49. Had to wait over 1 1/2 hours for food to finally come to the table. Took over 30 minutes to be seated. Had a group of 6, requested extra napkins before the meal came for the 6 of Us, Waitress brings 3 extra napkins. Prices were crazy costly for the amount of food ordered, You won't see Us back at this location at all. Both restrooms were dirty, and No Toilet Paper. 90 degrees outside, and saw they had the AC set on 78. Requested Senior discount & Military discount to the cashier, cashier stated No such Discounts at this location. Guess my skin was the wrong color...

Breakfast was incredible, Five Star rating for the Chefs. The only negative thing I can say is that the windows could use good cleaning, that way people can enjoy the views while they eat.

I had a corporate perks coupon for 20% off my entire bill but the waitress/cashier rang it up as 10% off each of the two entrees and I explained to her that it's suppose to be off the entire bill but she just kept insisting that I got my 20 % off. Everyone that works there is Hispanic and do not understand how to read properly
