User Reviews

Incredible service, hospitality, food. Hector Martinez, Manager was hustling cleaning tables, sitting customers, oh man he was all over. Never have we witnessed this in any IHOP. We are visiting from Los Angeles, this place deserves 10 stars for customer service! Bravo Hector, Joalys and crew!

Today 03/07/2023 I got a waitress named Kathy, fantastic attention, she is a love person, the attention and the food are super delicious, the place is clean and fast, thanks 🙏🏻

IHOP pancakes are hard to beat! You know it's not good for you, but it's soooooo goooooood for you! This location looks new, or at least renovated. Great experience overall.

When I first walked in, one waitress didn't want to seat us because she was waiting for a coworker. People started to pile up in the front until someone demanded a manager. The manager came out the back and seated all of us. He also took our orders (at all five tables where he sat everyone). The manager was welcoming and friendly. He made sure the workers served everyone, and he checked on each table to ask, "How was your food? And Do you need anything else?". The food was good. The chicken tenders and broccoli were quite small. The chicken tenders were a bit overcooked. The eggs and bacon were correctly cooked and tasted good. However, the best thing was the Belgian Waffle; it was big and delicious. Overall, I enjoyed my visit.

Came here with my family around 9pm for dinner. The food was good but the service from Kathy was top notch. My 8yr old daughter stated how nice she was and said she should be the manager of this place. I do have to agree with my daughter. Kathy was doing multiple jobs and was still very attentive to her customers. I hope management sees this review and recognize what a gem they have.

I drop off my dog at the Vet across the street. I needed to work while I wait for my dog to be ready. So I came in for breakfast. I asked the staff for a table close to the plug and they kindly assist.. The waitress took 30 minutes to come to my table when a waitress came to serve the table next to me I asked her for help she said she wasn’t my waitress. Then other came apologize and helped me. While I was there the party next to me where complaining about their waitress and how she keep disappearing. They even got up to get their own coffee pot and say oh she is talking outside. I was listening to the whole thing and I thought oh well that sucks. Next day I had to bring my diabetic dog to the vet for a follow up so I did the same thing came to I hope to have breakfast and work a bit while I wait. I asked to be sited at the same place. I was waiting to place my order and the same bad waitress from the day before called Imary came to me and said I couldn’t sit there because it was a conflict of interest. I ask her how is a conflict of interest if I’m not bringing food nor drinks from outside. She started blabbing nonsense and said I couldn’t sit there because they might need the table. There were many tables open at this point. She started raising her voice and being very rude I asked her to lower the voice and I asked for the manager. She said she was the assistant manager. I told her I just want to have my breakfast and coffee. She left then came back with manager Manuel Martinez on the phone. I explained the situation to him while this lady was japing none stop next to me screaming to give her her phone back! (after she was the one who gave it to me). She lied and said I stayed there for 3 hours the day before. I came in at 9:09 and cash out at 10:05 (I kept my receipt and I waited for a while before being served so I kept looking at my watch). After all of this she grabbed her phone and left screaming. Another waitress came and took my order. I only stayed because I was already there and I was hungry and I knew my dog would be ready soon but I would never go back to this place. That waitress should not be allowed to work with people. It’s the most rude and disrespectful situation I ever had at a restaurant. If you go and got her a waitress leave!! Or ask for someone else. Horrible experience! Would give it -0 if I could.

Received my order through Ubereats. The pancakes and omelet are burnt and smells like bacon grease. 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢

Had the Ricotta and blueberry protein pancakes..delicious. Waiter was very gracious, courteous and helpful.
