I've been to IHOP many times. In fact in the last year they have changed their menu a few times. Mostly for price adjustments. But despite that it's still been good, sometimes the service is slow. But this time it was pretty good. I had the chicken breakfast bowl. Which was made pretty good, and taste it well. My wife loves their pancakes. So if you like breakfast this is the place to go and to try, if you haven't already. I will be back and I do recommend. 👍
IHOP is celebrating their 65th year this year. They are having a $5 all you can eat pancakes special. Your belly will be full. This location is convenient, right off the main road of Craig, with excellent parking. It is wheelchair accessible for manual and motorized wheelchairs. Excellent service from the staff. The poached eggs with spinach, pesto sauce, tomato, and mushroom was outstanding. I do appreciate good restaurant choices for the locals. Keep up the great work there IHOP!
My server came to my table once. It took her so long we were ready to order our food and drinks at the same time. A bus person brought out our food and the chicken was burned, the waffle was cold (the butter NEVER metled) and we were never given any silverware. I had to speak to the manager who offered to cook my meal himself but by this time I was done and ready to go. We placed our empty cups on the edge of the table to indicate that we would like refills but that never happened. The sad part about our server is that she continually came to check on the other tables she was serving around my grandbaby and me but never stoppedbyto see if we needed anything. She never even brought us our check. Once we tried to pay the waitress at the register explained that my server would have to assist me with my check. Once Fatima came to the register I asked to see the check. My meal was still on the check. When I explained that I returned my meal and wanted it removed because the food was cold and the chicken was burned she asked me if I had eaten any of the food. I simply asked for the manager. My 8 year old grand daughter wanted to go to IHOP after her baptism and this was not the meal she was expecting.

Ihop seems it can be hit or miss, this location is not bad. Our experience was good and our server was very good. The food was typical for chain stores like this. Food was prepared correctly and no real complaints. The kitchen seemed short staffed and it took a little longer to get our food, but not a bad experience.
I really loved my breakfast at this location. We had a great server and the food was delicious! Try the steak tips and eggs next time.😋
Took my nephew for his 11th birthday here last week. I briefly mentioned it to our waiter Javier and he surprised us at the end with a birthday day song. Thank you Javier for making him feel special! Your customer service is amazing!
Food looks delicious and tastes was good. I was envied by a staff member for my fish meal. 😀😀😘. Overall excellent. Friendly staff yet professional and I certainly will recommend their service to friends,colleagues and family. The only restaurant I notice have a hand sanitizer hanging on the wall. Very Hygienic.
