Very poorly managed IHOP. * 1 Server * Manager is unseen and has the lone server take the heat for everything. I suspect she is the cook, as well. I ordered a cheeseburger, well- done, no ketchup, no mustard, with well-done grilled onions & lettuce. Burger came out with a bun that was 'hard as a rock', the burger came out with no grilled onions, also hard (and beyond well-done), The lettuce (romaine with brown and black spots on it that I instantly wrapped in a napkin and asked for the manager. Lone server came out and asked if I wanted a new one. I said, "Yes, please, with fresh lettuce and an uncooked bun." The Burger then came out medium to medium-well, with pink showing. I accepted it, but take a look at the 'fresh' piece of lettuce that was on the Burger. (See attached photo, which is exactly as it was served on the beef.) The manager (who WAS the cook) came to the table, apologized for the burger, and saw the 'fresh lettuce'. She stated she took it out of the case. I told her I was in mid-review, appreciated her apology, but that the lettuce needs to be thrown away. I hope the lone server finds a nice job somewhere where Management appreciates her and treats her right, and I hope this location either hires staff or closes down due to lack of staff. Whoever owns the place should be ashamed. Lone server will get a nice tip, for she is a Saint. *** Response to Owner. You have all of the details. Feel free to leave the owner's name and telephone number in a private message, along with three dates and times for availability, and I will telephone the owner.

Megan is gorgeous 😍 Sorry I had to put that out there ... Vicky was our waitress ... She was funny and very professional... The food was immaculate as always... The bathroom was clean ... We were the third customer of the day by 8am the place was full .... Great service ... Clean restaurant... Friendly staff...

Excellent food, good service. Clean place and good environment.

Frustrated with this visit. One of the items ordered was from the 55+ menu. Broccoli was tiny and dry, Mac & cheese was a half scoop and dry. It was suppose to come with 3 chicken strip and what we got was 6 dry chicken nuggets because the were out of chicken strip. The server failed to inform us when we ordered that they had no strip and would be substituting nuggets. They also should have served 9 nuggets because 6 nuggets were equivalent to 2 short strips. There where menus on each table with specials, waitress pointed them out to us when she brought us menus. We order the pancake sundae...2 pancakes, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate syrup & sprinkles. We got 1 pancake, half a scoop of melting ice cream, sparse melting whipped cream and no sprinkles. When I pointed out it was suppose to have 2 pancakes the manager told me they weren't suppose to serve from that menu because it was only valid Mon-Fri...we were there on a Sat. Why would you place that menu on the table and have servers point it out as if it were available? Was also charged regular price for the sodas when the 55+ menu price is $1.29. When I asked for the check to be corrected the server complained I should have specified when we placed the order. She can't assume our age...however she didn't have a problem assuming our age when we ordered of the 55+ menu🤦‍♀️

Really bad service and the food was bad The eggs taste and looks like sponge 🧽

Food was up to par here, no complaints about the food. Did not take long to order and receive food. Service is not bad but not great either. This is also a small restaurant, smaller than most IHOPs. Also please note... Though there is disabled parking, if you are in a wheelchair you will want to call ahead. The manager had to move tables around while we were there to help out a veteran so that he could fit a large electric wheelchair at a table. This should not have been an issue, but sadly it still is. Also space from outside to inside restaurant is small and not easily maneuvered by even a small wheelchairs. Please see pics.

Management is well aware that the main cook at night openly smokes craxk outside the building and running good servers out because they are replaceable. The dishwasher smokes methamphetamine by the suppliers and outside of the building. Drug deals are performed on a regular basis and food is cooked to sell privately on the side of the building when management leaves.

Our visit this morning was terrible. We were sat promptly. We had another server come to us and take our order. My eggs Benedict had hard egg yolks in them. Whole time we were trying to eat half of our breakfast. The server was complaining and treating people poorly as they were walking in the door. Several people walked out while we were sitting in there. Trying to eat my husband's breakfast as mine was terrible. Mine got taken off the bill, however I would never come to this location again. Very unprofessional and rude. I have 20 years of restaurant management experience and I would never allow that in any of my stores. When the servers treat you like you are the problem when clearly they are short staffed or have issues in the kitchen, then they are the problem and need to go.
