This place is amazing. The food is getting better every time, they offer more dishes right now and the price is really affordable. I really love the Benedict eggs, pancakes were delicious. My wife got the omelette and it was really tasty. I think this place just got remodeled It looks so fancy right now.
Walked in, immediately greeted by a kind hostess. Immediately seated. Immediately asked for my drink order. My server was quick, extremely kind and my order was perfect. I came to eat. The food was hot and tasted so good. The coffee was amazing. I had the french toast eggs sausage and crepes. So good. It was a breakfast for champions. I felt so full when I was done. Just left a review this morning for the Hampton location as that was the first IHOP I attempted to eat at. This experience at this location renewed my hope for IHOP. ❤️❤️❤️ left my server a good tip because she’s rocking it. I wish I could leave more 😤 I’m very pleased with my meal at this location.
For the first time in over 15 years we found a GOOD IHOP. I've been all over the U.S. and we finally had all 3 of us raving about how good the food and service was. Our waitress Chalae was all over out table making sure we were happy. We also were impressed at how she thoroughly cleaned the booths around us and set them up for the next guests. The food and service were tantamount to a much more expensive breakfast restaurant...very rare. Next time we visit my sister in Virginia Beach, we'll take the ride to Newport News for this IHOP.
The food and service was good. But they use bleach on their high chairs and the straps which caused my daughters brand new romper to get bleached. I told our server and she didn’t even offer a discount or anything. It’s a little sad as my mom just got this for her and it was her first time wearing it. I guess at least you know the high chairs are clean…
Food was good. We needed to go and waitress was busy. We went up front. The staff up front refused to ring us out and got rude. So we had to go back to find the waitress. One of them made a wise crack comment. There were three people up front and none of them would ring us out .
Waiting when the place is half empty is just stupid. The owner should br smacked. Clueless. Lots of tables open and there is a waiting list. Covid is over idiots. This is the dumbest ran restraunt I ever been to.
We had a good experience here. Good customer service plus the food came out soo fast. I will definitely be back.
Terrible experience. Was told there would be a 20 minute wait. We ended up waiting 1hr 20 minutes before being seated. My food was incorrect when brought to me. Then when the waitress brought it out a second time it was not fresh and still was not correct. There should be no reason an order comes out wrong twice. The burger was dry and over cooked as well. The only reason that I gave two stars is because Nikki our waitress was very apologetic and showed so much empathy. Nikki was great. Everything else was terrible and I do not recommend eating at this IHOP until their food quality and cooks become better.
