This was the absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a IHOP anywhere & seeing this was my first meal at this one, I don't see myself returning. Ordered my drink and food 5 minutes after walking in. 26 minutes later I had to find my waitress and request my beverage. I ordered a Pepsi with no ice. Took, as I previously said, 26 minutes to get it and it came with a full glass of ice. (Strike 1) Ordered a jalapeno burger with extra tomatoes. No extra tomatoes came, the burger was stone cold and the bun was solid as if it were sitting out or under a heat lamp for an extended period of time & the cheese was almost burnt looking and solid! (Strike 2) American burger, requested NO CHEESE, and extra tomatoes. Came with extra tomatoes but it had the American cheese on it. I can not stand American cheese. I lifted the bun off, which was a struggle because it was cold and basically glued on, but I got it off. The cheese on the other hand I could not even peel off. It was solidified on the burger (Strike 3) Onion rings that came with the jalapeno burger were soggy & cold (Strike 4) My salad came out AFTER my burgers, instead of before. The salad was awful... Had a half of an onion on it and about 2/3 cup of shredded cheese & barely any greens. Absolutely disgusting. (Strike 5) The biggest issue with this, besides the terrible food was the time from order to arrival. I ordered at 1008am...my order arrived at 1053... Do the math on that. This was a terrible experience & I don't see myself returning. In addition, when I got my bill, that 12oz Pepsi cost $4.00, waitress put in that I wanted crispy cheese on my 1 burger (which I never said nor would I want) and my other burger said CLEAR AS DAY "NO AMERICAN CHEESE" The fault lies on the waitress and cooking team on this. Maybe more training is needed. I for one will not be coming back. I could have cooked all of this better, quicker, at home.additionally, the American burger came out on a dirty plate which is disgusting. Thought it was grease from the burger so I tried wiping it off but it was solid and textured meaning it was a dirty plate (see photos)
Came here on Jul 4 because all restaurants closed. After reading 1-star reviews, we almost walked out but decided to stay because the server was really nice so we ended up staying. Surprisingly the food turned out really good. I guess it depends who the cook is for the day and how many people are in the restaurant. The chocolate chip pancakes were super good. Thank you for staying open on July 4 while everyone is out there having a great time.
Raw pancakes for the 3rd time.. this is officially my last time trying to give them the benefit of the doubt.. disgusting food, and tiny cup of coffee is $4 a small coffee at McDonald's is better, cheaper, and bigger. Edit to add: Stephen the general manager was amazing and offered us a full refund. He was amazing with customer service and we went over the whole situation and he was very kind and understanding!!
Good place to eat. The pancakes are always good. I had the chicken fried stake with eggs, smoked sausage links and pancakes. All were really good. My order came out fast and was correct. The server was very friendly and knew what she was doing.
Wonderful food and a clean atmosphere here! The staff were so friendly even though they were short staffed. Thanks for all guys you do!
Ordered through Door Dash. Meal was 4 dollars more than menu price. Arrived with no cream, which seems impossible if the item I ordered was Strawberry and Creme Crepes. Food was cold and old tasting. Crepes tasted like they had been prepared using old grease. Contacted Door Dash about dissatisfaction with order and was only offered a couple of choices for what the issue was. I chose lack of creme and was only offered 2 possible resolutions. 2 dollar refund and 2 dollars in credits. For an inedible meal that cost 15 dollars more than if I had ordered it and picked it up myself when you add in the upcharge of menu item, delivery charge and tip. What a joke. Tried calling Ihop to see if they were interested in making it right but gave up after 20 minutes on hold. I made myself some pancakes
This place is gross. I found a hair in my hashbrowns. The waiter replaced them but didn't apologize or comp them. The replacement hashbrowns were severely undercooked and my kid's crepes were cold. I also had an omelet and there were stray veggies in it that weren't supposed to be there. I will not be coming back.
I was very disappointed, overcharged, and my pancakes, which were doughy in the middle. My husband's eggs Benedict hardly any sauce, and it was pretty much just a small slice of cheese.very poor service. I asked for creamer twice ! He took our order, dropped the food off he dropped off the bill, and took our money ! Not even have a good day !
