Nice and quiet atmosphere to spend quality time with family without yelling at each other. Food came out delicious and cooked well. Staff was polite and patient. Offers affordable price

Me and my boyfriend went today around 6:30pm, nobody eating there, only us. We ordered our food and were told there wasn’t many items from the menu. We were fine with that considering we went in the afternoon so we ordered something else. Our food came, my waffles from my chicken and waffles were hard and too crispy. We kept an open mind considering it was late in the day. My boyfriends burger had everything on it considering he told them no vegetables just plain. Once we were finished we were ready to pay all waitresses were gone and talking with other staff. We stood next to the register and she finally came and took my boyfriends card. Then we waited 10 minutes or so because the waitress was just talking and talking with a cook right in front of us and once she noticed we were waiting asked “was there a problem” yeah my boyfriend said you still have my card. There was nobody in the restaurant so she wasn’t busy. She began to say she didn’t remember us handing it to her but finally she actually charged us. Completely unprofessional and forgetful. Obviously no tip.

On Friday 8/18/23- this place is infested with fruit flies, gnats, drain flies whatever you wanna call them. We could not even enjoy our food. I found 2 bugs in my food, one on my cup and one in my ranch. If I wanted to eat with bugs I would have ate outside on the patio! We made a complaint to our waitress who said “ oh yea we know, our manager is trying to do something about it” y’all are aware of the problem and you’re still serving food like this!!!!! If this is happening in the front of the house I can only imagine what’s happening in the back! They DID NOT offer any form or discount or refund service. I hope y’all close down. And shame on your management for letting this happen. We still paid but we were forced to leave because of all the bugs and couldn’t enjoy our dinner. $60 NEVER AGAIN. I’m calling corporate next.

It was a great day my friends from Fresno came down and they took me out. For breakfast I wasn't happy that day so it was wonderful! The service at IHOP was just wonderful!

Good food little busy was kinda forgotten but once I brought it up they got us seated right away.

Olga was our waitress and she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. We went to this location of IHOP Monday evening for our anniversary dinner because we were craving pancakes! I am very thankful they have gluten free pancakes because my husband has celiac disease. Olga was so attentive and had no problem with any of the substitutions we needed. Her smile and demeanor are infectious! She checked in on our table multiple times, asked how the food was, and even made sure we had a to go water and a to go coffee. Hard working people like her need to be promoted and given a raise! She was hands down one of the best waitresses I've ever had, and this was by far the best IHOP experience I've ever had (and I'm a fan of IHOPs). I also want to give a huge shout out to whoever the cook or cooks are!!! My food was absolutely awesome! (To anyone wanting pancakes, try the NY Cheesecake Pancakes and add chocolate chips!) Whoever manages this place should be super proud of their employees :)

First of the service was extremely slow; which would have been okay if the service was good. The meat on the hamburgers fell apart and out of the burgers. Everything was cold: the Mac n cheese, chicken strips, eggs, sausage and fries. The fries were also soggy and the bacon was hard. As if our food had been sitting for too long. Also the food is BLAND…no flavors at all. Out of the service for our table of 5 only the pancakes and drinks were good. Unfortunately this will be our last time eating there. This is the 3rd time that the service/food is exactly the same.

I was given an interview for memorial day. I had called several hours before my interview to check if we were still going to meet when I called I was told no and that I should call back tomorrow in a very polite way. when I called back on Tuesday, I was told the hiring manager would be out until Thursday. I called today to get any type of information about a reschedule on my interview. when asking for the hiring manager I was greeted with no she’s not here yet and when I asked for a regular manager, I was told no while I was in the process of saying thank you for your time I was hung up on. If this is how you treat people that call into your business, I feel bad for the people that walk in.
