the district manager was horrible!! the lemon crêpes were dry and rubbery. We tried to make them edible by getting the blueberry compote and adding it ourselves. They still tasted like cold rubber. This is one order that we split onto two plates. We also had the eggs Benedict which was really good. I absolutely 100% pay and tip very well to my wait staff and restaurants I frequent. We have developed relationships with staff at many of these restaurants. Any way, i brought the quality of the lemon and blueberry crêpes up to the manager- turns out it’s the district manager. His response “I’ll discount it because you took a bite out of it” wth? yeah, how else would we know it tasted disgusting? He was a smarta$$ and had a smirk on his face like he just won a gold medal. He demonstrated this behavior in front of his team 🤦♀️ Extremely poor customer service. My mom is 79 and she likes going here but after today we will find a new spot.
Beautiful helped me with a take out order. She could not have been more pleasant. From my perspective the restaurant was understaffed and she was super busy with orders even though the dining room was empty. Beautiful maintained a great attitude and was more than willing to go the extra mile. I noticed that she was even teaching herself Spanish in order to be more efficient with the back of house staff. Beautiful you are a Rockstar, thank you.
Food was as expected, good, but not great. The place is clean and freshly painted, but somehow feels drafty and run down. The server, however I guess, had an issue with my voice, she seemed off put by me compared to the tables who came in after me. And when she was referring to me though the kitchen window to read my order to the cooks, she called me he, which I can’t understand why my order needed to be attached to a specific person, she didn’t do that for the people after. The whole experience was awkward and in tried my best to avoid her when I left, but I couldn’t and she gave me very awkward words upon my departure. 1/10 do not recommend.
Not great overall. Friendly server and hostess. But the degree of cleanliness is well below where it should be. Disgusting. We were seated within 15 mins. But no contact with a server for another 30. And then the meal took another 50 mins - of which one persons meal out of the group was delivered 10 mins after the others finished.
My waitress was a little puff of sunshine and so kind. The food was fantastic. The dining experience went downhill when, I assume, the manager, thought it acceptable to chastise my waitress within hearing distance of me and possibly the whole restaurant for the crime of sitting down for 1-2 minutes and listening to my story I had been sharing. On Mother's Day. I understand a policy but how disgustingly unprofessional to have that conversation where patrons can hear and me, who was thrilled with my waitress. Inexcusable. Dang it, I just realized I forgot my food, I was so mad. Thank you, sweet lady waitress for your customer care and professionalism. May you bless and cover that place with your compassion. ❤️
Food was yummy and served promptly. The staff was kind and made sure I was enjoying my meal. Even the bathroom was tidy, cleanest Ihop I've been in. Full marks for atmosphere too because of the Karen's these poor people have to put up with. Witnessed one right after I got seated and the staff handled her like pros.
IHOP... International House of Pancakes Breakfast specialists known for there Pancakes. Serves up your traditional breakfast menu... With recent additions to the menu including burgers... I ordered the Avocado Toast with Hash browns and a stack full of Pancakes with a Lemonade. The food here is always consistent and made to order. The pancakes were light and fluffy and full of flavor... You have syrup options... Blueberry... Strawberry... Butter Pecan or Traditional. Blueberry was my consensus choice... ...Avocado Toast was a healthy alternative to the menu and made with spices. Crispy toast and flavorful avocado🥑... Went down quickly... With Hash browns the perfect proportion. I've been coming here for years... And always order the Pancakes🥞. Come here hungary... And reward yourself to a good breakfast. Served all day. IHOP is a great restaurant choice and better alternative to fast food.
The food was heaven! I love the new french toast selection here at Ihop. They were fluffy and sweet plus with the fruit on top it made this breakfast an instant favorite! I will be back for those for sure!! Thank you IHOP!!!
