Took very long for our food to come out and pretty sure it was microwaved. 2nd time that has happened. Forgot my pancakes and took the entire time to get them to the point where I had them Togo in stead. Then they didn’t put any syrup or butter with the pancakes too go
I have been here multiple times. The service is absolutely TERRIBLE. I thought requesting a different server would make things better (our first waitress who has a son that is a host) is TERRIBLE. Zero communication skills, every time we asked her for refills (shouldn’t have to ask) or anything, she didn’t say a word just went and got it so we weren’t even sure if she heard us until she would come back. She came and checked on us (with us having to flag her down for refills and condiments) never checked on us ONCE. All in all it was the worst experience of customer service I have EVER received. The food was good, but that’s it. When we come back I specifically said “I do not want her as my server, because the last time we had her we had terrible service. The host (a boy) replied “that’s my mom” VERY rudely!!!! I said “I don’t care if it’s your mom, last time she gave us terrible service so I do not want her as our waitress” he was MAD sat us at our table and didn’t say a word. Then we had an elderly man as our server, he was ok. Nice, but very passive and had no emporiums at all. Gave me watered down orange juice, then my food had about a spoonful of hash-browns underneath it (I ordered the southwest chicken bowl so everything is laid on a bed of hashbrowns and I had almost none) it came with no avocados on it, was cold, my daughters Mac N cheese was like it was just taken out of the fridge and thrown in a bowl it was so cold. I don’t know if my food and drinks were gross because of me speaking up for myself and family hoping to get good service but I’m NOT impressed in the slightest. Slow, rude and gross.
Our waitress was amazing. Just flipping amazing. I wish I could remember her name but she is older with long hair and just really knows her stuff came in on Father's Day and she made it very special. The food was very good. Very happy that there's a senior menu and it was all around a great experience.
Impeccable customer service. From the moment we walked in we were acknowledged and greeted. Seated immediately and brought out beverages by Arlene. Dariel, our waiter was exceptional. I loved his plan of putting the menus at the end of the table to signify when we were ready to order. He took great care of us during our meal. The food... was ok. My mom ordered the Sirloin tips with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes tasted off/ sour, Dariel was prompt and urgent in his resolve with this. I wasn't impressed with the sirloin tips much either from the bite I had from my moms plate. I had the Spicy Pablano Omelette. It was ok. During our meal, I overheard Arlene give praise to the staff, the kitchen crew included. That was really awesome to see and hear as she acknowledged the great work and teamwork demonstrated by the team. I was entirely more impressed with the customer service at this restaurant vs the food. Pet friendly.
My Server Lexi was an amazing server. She did such an amazing job and was super nice. She was very sweet and if I had any questions or complaints about the food she was very understandable and got it fixed right away.
There is never anyone at the hostess station or the register so we had to wait for a while to pick up our order, which they got wrong again. When two could eat there for under $25-30 with a good tip it wasn't bad. But, we won't be going to IHOP anymore. The food is not worth the ridiculous prices they now offer.
Well, as soon as we walked in it felt like 65° inside and was cold. All the staff was in long sleeves and we were told that Corporate sets the temp. She said it was to keep Them cool throughout the day, but I feel it's to get us in and out quicker. So we keep seeing the commercials about the $6 breakfast tacos and my Wife wanted to try them and we're Not impressed. There was barely anything in it and 3 Definitely won't fill you up. Fortunately the waitress realized that and the kitchen cooked extra, I guess, so she suggested to bring out the other order and Didn't charge me for it. I did get full after 6 of them. This is the third time that I've eaten at IHOP and immediately have had to go to the bathroom and do #2 after leaving bcoz of the cramps in my belly. Don't know what's causing it and is the Only restaurant that makes me that way. But we Won't go back to IHOP again
I ordered the chicken and waffles and WOW it was disgusting. I ordered take out so I didn’t open it and eat till I got back to work. The chicken was over fried and tasted horrible, just had that not juicy chicken type of texture. Seemed old. The waffles, so disappointing, they had a weird texture, very grainy was definitely not buttermilk as advertised. I ate here once before and it was great, this was just sad.
