We haven't been here in and years. The food is always hot and fresh. The staff was overwhelmed and short-handed, but they were doing their best. The store itself could use a little TLC. Overall it's IHOP, a good fresh breakfast. That's why were here and it was delicious.

Even though the restaurant was crowded, we received our order promptly. Our server provided excellent service and the food was delicious. As a person who has to follow a gluten-free diet, I was pleasantly surprised that the waffle was not too bad, although it absorbed all the syrup, which is to be expected.

I haven't been to IHOP in years. I went yesterday and got a steak omelette with a friend. Service was great all around. Ty IHOP

It's good to know wherever I go, my comfort food still tastes the same. The service was great and the location was clean. 👍👍

The service was excellent and as always our omelets and pancakes were great!

Service was extremely slow it seemed like most staff members just wanted to talk amongst themselves instead of really helping the customers. Food was amazing and was delicious unfortunately our waiter did not deliver it to our table because he was too busy disappearing. Took a while to get a refill on my Dr Pepper and when I got my second refill it was absolutely disgusting. Of course my server was nowhere around for me to tell em about this and to receive something else. So I ate the remainder of my meal without anything to drink. Yeah the server never came to check up on us. At the end of the meal I asked for a to go box and receive two tiny little boxes. I had half of my food still left, my daughter had half of her food still left & my other family member had food left. No way all this would have fitted two tiny little boxes. As we were getting ready to leave the server at the table next to us told us to have a good day and hope that everything was good. I did want to mention to somebody that worked there that the Dr Pepper was horrible and I mentioned this to him. He was shocked and said that they had been cleaning that area soda machine and I should have never received a second serving of Dr Pepper because of that. He offered me some sweet tea to take home because of the mistake and he said he would definitely have a talk with the server who was supposedly there to take care of us.

Stopped by IHOP for an old fashioned Friday dinner. We were seated right by the kitchen, which was strange. They kept all the customers in one small area by the kitchen's double doors. Oh wait, there were no doors! It was loud! We asked to move. We had the trio sampler. Cold! My daughter ordered chicken and waffles, the waffles were delicious, the chicken was the same we had in our trio, frozen and hard. I had the fish, but immediately spit it out. As soon as I bit it I smelled it! Fishy and spoiled! I couldn't say much about our waitress, we maybe saw her 3 times. She would just disappear and all the staff seemed to hang in the kitchen. With all the staff in the kitchen I would have to wonder why in the world are food took so long. IHOP is an old favorite and this location is not up to standards. It isn't a favorite 😞

I had been holding on to this gift card that was won at a prayer breakfast a while ago and decided to go this past Saturday. There was no wait; we were seated immediately, and the host was so nice. We hadn't been to IHOP since they remodeled, and it was nice and inviting. I've read in a group on Facebook that the service was subpar etc., but all the workers we encountered were super friendly. My experience with our waitress wasn't the best in the beginning; she was distant, sharp, cut me off when I was asking questions; she was a bit rude, but I decided to not let her steal my joy. I prayed and when she returned to take our orders she had the most beautiful attitude. She was attentive and soft spoken, and exceeded our expectations. The food was so good and we left happy and fulfilled. We will return in the future because they have many new items throughout the menu, especially for dinner. Customer service and great food made visiting on this Saturday worth it.
